“What,” asks the mind, “is there to do today? I gotta do something. I’ll go shopping. That’ll be fun. Ok. I bought stuff. Unwrapped it. Now what? What’s for lunch? Hmmm. OK, now what? I’ll build something; I’ll go see Aunt Martha and find out what she’s doing. I’ll bake a cake. What’s on TV. I’ll watch a movie. I’ll go on a road trip. These faucets...I want gold faucets, and a marble floor, and a bigger house and more land, and some new clothes, and a better car. I wonder what people think of me. Am I good enough. Where’d I put the car keys. George is stupid. I hate this. I like that. She’s ugly. He’s fat. She’s demented. Stupid teenagers. What the hell...LEARN TO DRIVE! Get out of my way. What’s with this long line at Walmart. The weather sucks. It’s too hot to work. It’s too windy. It’s too cold. The city is growing too fast. What’s with all the traffic? Hurry up. I ain’t got all day. Technology is taking over the world and I hate it. What’s wrong with people? Humans are nuts. I must be the only sane one on earth. Everyone else is stupid. I think I’ll go skydiving. Deep sea fishing. I want a boat and a motorcycle. Stupid kids on skateboards. Why was I born? Where did I come from? Where am I going? Why is there evil in the world. Where’s God or a cop when you need them? That shouldn’t have happened. That should have happened. This world sucks. Now I’m tired. Thank God. I’m driving myself crazy. I need to sleep, get the hell out of here for awhile. Maybe tomorrow things will go my way. Maybe tomorrow life will happen the way I want. Yeah...tomorrow I’ll go shopping again. That’s always fun. But now I’m going to bed. ZZZZZZZzzz....aw peace at last. Friggin’ mind drives me crazy."

“THAT’S A THOUGHT,” is what I say when I detect a thought. I dismiss it immediately unless it’s applicable to what I am doing or is otherwise useful.

Any person voicing a complaint about a noun–person, place or thing–is living in mind duality, and then, I know more about them than they know about themselves.

Any person who voices a belief, faith, makes a judgment, has an opinion, draws a conclusion or is bias or prejudice is living in duality mind.

When you are not thinking there is no duality-mind. There’s just life happening.

A mind feeds on its perceived pleasures, is only satisfied for a time and then must feed again and again and again, must keep engaged and busy. It is as a pendulum swinging from low to high, left to right, always in motion creating commotion, restless, disruptive and forever searching for what it knows not. Boredom is its nemesis, its enemy.
