You first have to rethink in order to stop thinking:

I am a piece of life.

I am a piece of life until I start thinking I am something more or something else.

All the evidence says I’m a piece of life.

All my thinking says I am something more or something else.

Is there something is wrong with my thinking?

No, something is wrong with the information I have been given to think about.

So I stopped thinking and realized I am a piece of life.

The world is different when you stop thinking.

When you stop thinking you become the peace that passes all understanding.

When you stop thinking you become one with everything that is, with all creation.

You become a piece of life.

All my troubles disappeared.

I am no longer afraid, anxious, worried, concerned. I no longer get irritated, upset or angry. I do not get depressed. I no longer call things good or bad.

Everything is just what it is, and I without a thought to disturb my peace.

I have freed myself from the energy robbing thoughts that fueled my delusions of mind.

I have more energy to do things.

Until you experience the peace that passes all understanding you know not the peace, and until you stop thinking you will not have the experience.

As to everyday things, I use discernment, and I work to make life pleasant. Yet, and however, if my work fails to produce pleasantness around me and others, I am always pleasant within, and redouble my efforts to produce pleasantness without.

How can one be pleasant within when there is unpleasantness without? It’s easy. I don’t give it a thought. I just work harder.

When you draw no conclusions, have no beliefs, dogma, no prejudices, no biases, no opinions and make no judgments, you live in the real world, not in the world created by the information (thoughts) of a mind gone delusional.

When you are asleep, are you not at peace? When deep asleep there are no thoughts. Delusions of mind are gone.

Creation is a vast consciousness. Why subject it to a micro-consciousness that can’t even make dirt.

Creation is smart, unlike micro-consciousness.

If life, if creation, if the power that fuels creation turned over its job to you, if it said, “You run your body, you take conscious control of your heart, blood, liver, spleen and everything else that keeps you alive,” you wouldn’t last one minute.

We did NOTHING to be here and do NOTHING to keep ourselves here (all beliefs aside, since believing is not knowing) except respond to our body’s signals, “Get the hell out of the rain; put on a coat; get shelter; drink, eat and excrete, and procreate,” AND YET, many think they are not a piece of life, think they are something more or something else, even gods, gods that cant even control their minds and emotions, much less make dirt.

When one gets out of the delusions of mind and surrenders to the reality that is, while yet working to create pleasantness, that one stops being a mindful idiot and starts to enjoy all that is life.

And YES, you have to be out of his mind to enjoy all that is life. nem
