The point is just this:

Consider that "Religion" has become the go to man's term for belief systems.

There are many religions who worship evil. They even name their systems after evil entities and in secret work evil.

However, foreseeing man's egotistical use of their own opinions, God Defined the term "religion".

James 1:
26 If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his {own} heart, this man's religion is worthless.
27 This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of {our} God and Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, {and} to keep oneself unstained by the world. (NAS)

And, what is wrong with that?

Those words do not take any belief in "a" God, nor faith in any human.

Christians, and in fact many who don't claim to be Jesus' followers can easily agree with that definition, and many live it daily.

The problem with society is that there are too many who dont, and they have convinced people who don't know truth to elect them as leaders.

"By their deeds you know them", and a Christian's Spirit knows that murder, stealing, lying for gain, and belief systems like pedophilia, homos, satanism and the like are not pleasing to their Spirit, and they abhor those actions.

Notice that there is no belief nor faith required.

Paul said it well when he said:

1 Cor 4:
1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. (KJV)

Viz...Christianity is not A "religion". It is one's reality.
It requires no "proof". A Christian ALREADY knows. Inside him.

Thats where it really counts.
