I would suggest you don't waste any more time or resources on either Annett or Webre.

Annett seemed a good guy when he appeared on the scene. Someone bringing to light the actions of the church against the idigenous peoples. Then he started with his ITCCS spiel. I've heard so much about this or that international court which usually exists only in the minds of a small group of individuals that believe they are led, by god or their own sense of morality, to be guardians of justice. ...

Then after a few orchestrated and unsuccessful attempts to arrest a politician or two, he publicly advertises for "officers" to be trained to effectuate citizen's arrests. Publicly announcing you're building an army of sorts to accost politicians and other celebrities usually gets time in a jail cell or psychiatric institution. I wonder if anyone actually applied for those positions and if he was going to charge them for the training.

As to Webre, he is an ideologue about his benign ETs to the point that he attacks anyone in the ET community that suggests otherwise. There have been many espousing differing views in this community and there was always an air of collegiality until he showed up. Anything positive he could bring to the table is lost in his vitriol.
