I've just perused a few other stories at the same website. My impression is that they're all made up, though they sound quite serious. Many of them include a remark that the central figure in the report has "yet to respond to requests for comment".

A current article alleges or implies that Milo Yiannopoulos' resignation(*) from Breitbart today came on the heels of new information connecting Milo with Hillary and other democrats.

The headline reads, "NEW EVIDENCE: MILO YIANNOPOLOUS ASSISTED CLINTON GOONS IN PEDO RING". No such evidence is provided. Instead, several general statements are made, including a variation on the idea of a Wikileaks release, regarding "hot dogs" (suggesting "young boys"), leading the unthoughtful reader to make associative connections between those statements and the assertion in the headline. And, "Thus far Milo has failed to return calls for comment."

There's a similar story alleging sex change surgery undergone by Michelle Obama in 2016. That story has no proof either.

My impression: The site is constructed by someone fairly young, perhaps intent on seeing how far he or she can get some fabricated news to spread on Internet.

(*) Milo resigned pursuant to an apparent 'hit job' by media that made it appear he was in favor of pedophilia, which he clearly states he is not. At his press conference earlier today he took responsibility for statements he had made that became part of the false story. He made the personal choice to resign from Breitbart at this point.
