A maritime patrol aircraft P-8A Poseidon the U.S. Navy flew over the Russian aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov as she was crossing the English Channel. Also spotted two Typhoon RAF escorted him away.

A P-8A Poseidon took off this morning from the air base at Rota, Spain, flew at an altitude of 152 meters, the Kuznetsov aircraft carrier. In return it was the information platform of the Russian Interfax. No interceptor took off from the Kuznetsov bridge that is heading toward the base of Severomorsk after being demobilized from the Eastern Mediterranean.

It is expected that the Group Battle is accompanied by at least one attack submarine.
