If a reptilian pontificates it has the right to rule the universe, and every Human Being exposed to the reptilian force refuses to cooperate, the reptilian is left standing alone and ineffective - just another self-addicted blow hard.
The Kabbalists modus-operandi is to place reptilians in the highest positions of power structure organizations, and then compartmentalize the lower echelons of the departments.
The compartmentalized, lower classed servants of the organization are then kept in an informative box, given only enough information to complete their assigned task, tasks which contribute toward furthering of the overall agenda of the reptilian at the top of the organization.
Seldom, if ever - are the lower minions given the whole story.
However, with the amount of open information available today, the chances are better than ever of a compartmentalized minion gaining full understanding of their position, and making a choice as to whether or not they should continue on a destructive path mandated by perceived superiors at the top of the organization.
In American politics, we have witnessed the ascension of ignorance - (Bush - Obama - McCain - Clapper - Brennan - a never ending list) into the highest levels of the political arena.
The reptilians have placed these sub-human Neanderthals in top positions of power, so it stands to un-reason the order of activities produced by same sub-human Neanderthals will be against sanity or the good standing of Humanity.
It has been proven beyond any doubt, these monsters are anything but superior to a Human Being. In fact, the biggest share of American 'leadership' today suffers from the affliction of M.S. ( Mostly Stupid ).
This extreme ignorance is blatantly evident in politics, banking, the 'intelligence' community, mainstream press, military, and arms manufacturers corporations.
The entire revolving door Political/Military/Industrial/Intelligence/Banking Complex Destroyer Class consists mainly of self-absorbed half-wit retards, who are too ignorant to see they are only destroying themselves.
Yet, these organizations are the very mechanism set up by the reptilians to direct, control, parasite off from, and rule over Human Beings.

If an individual is following orders, that individual CAN NOT be exercising Conscience, since, by definition, exercising Conscience means that one is willfully choosing for themselves Right Action over Wrong Action.
"I was just following orders" is NEVER a valid excuse or "justification" for immoral, criminal behavior, and this lame attempt to abdicate personal responsibility SHOULD NEVER BE ACCEPTED as a valid excuse for such behavior.
The term Justification comes from the Latin noun jus: "right; law" and the Latin verb facere: "to make; to create".
Justification = To "Create" A Right.
