US Notifies Russia Of Redeployment To Mexican Border Of Tactical Nuclear Weapons

A very sobering Security Council (SC) “urgent action bulletin” circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has just received a New START treaty notification alert from the US Army (USA) stating that on, or about, 21 January 2017, it is anticipating the “movement/placement” of [красноломкий номер] Special Atomic Demolition Munitions (SADM) along the US-Mexican border authorized by a soon to be signed National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) declaring that the Mexican Drug War now represents a “grave and immediate” threat to the national security of the United States. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this Security Council bulletin, under the Annex on Notifications protocols of the New START nuclear arms treaty currently in force between the Federation and United States, the signing parties are obligated to give notice of the movement, or anticipated movement, of the tactical nuclear weapons known as SADM’s due to their small size and destructive power—and that the US is a world leader in producing.

This bulletin further notes that an American president signing a NSPD to deploy and use these atomic weapons carries the “full force and effect of law” that can’t be reviewed or overridden by either the US Congress or Supreme Court as all matters relating to the national security of the United States resides in the power of its president as commander-in-chief only.

To President Trump upon his taking office preparing to cite the Mexican Drug War as a “grave and immediate” threat to the national security of the United States, this bulletin continues, is more than justified as since 2006 this conflict has caused the deaths of over 164,000 Mexican citizens and displaced 1.6 more, and in the US has killed tens-of-thousands more as Mexican heroin illegally imported into America has surged by 248% during this same period.

As President Trump prepares to fully militarize the US-Mexican border into a war zone, SC experts in this bulletin note, he has been given no choice after the shocking revelations that Obama regime officials in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have been taking millions-of-dollars in bribes from Mexican drug cartels, that in turn has cost the lives of tens-of-thousands of American citizens who have overdosed on Mexican heroin.

Further detailed in this SC bulletin is that President Trump has designated former US Marine General John Kelly as his war commander in this coming conflict with Mexico—and who as the next director of the DHS will have under his command the US Coast Guard, the US Federal Protective Service, US Customs and Border Protection (which includes the Border Patrol), US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (which includes Homeland Security Investigations), the US Secret Service, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

With outgoing President Obama’s war policy being described as “Praise Islam, Ignore Christians, Blame Jews” that has led to the biggest killer of US soldiers on the front lines being suicide, this bulletin says, President Trump’s coming war against Mexico’s drug cartels marks the first time since 1916 that an American leader has confronted a dire threat on that nations southern border—and that President Woodrow Wilson sent over 15,000 troops to destroy to mixed effect.

Also, this bulletin continues, with 2016 being the year that Washington D.C. “lost its mind”, the Obama-Clinton regime loving mainstream “fake news” propaganda media has remained completely silent on this Mexican Drug War that has claimed the lives of hundreds-of-thousands choosing, instead, to fabricate lies saying that Russia “hacked the election”, an even bigger lie saying that Russia hacked an electric company, another lie saying that Russia had closed down an American school, and the biggest lie of all claiming that “most Americans” voted for Hillary Clinton, when, in fact, the truth shows only 26% of them did so.

But even though the US propaganda mainstream media continues their non-stop “fake news” assault against President Trump, and the Obama-Clinton Democrat Party, likewise, continues their coup against him, this bulletin concludes, these elites are still “unable to transform him”, thus leaving Americas new leader free to prosecute his war against the Mexican drug cartels in any way he so chooses—and to those against him President Trump has, nevertheless, wished them well with his final Tweet of 2016 stating: “Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don't know what to do. Love!”
