Let it be known that the major hurdles are now dealt with and the aforementioned funds are making their way into the right flow of funds. That doesn't mean that individuals are going to get help —not quite yet; that can’t happen; no procedure has been fully and legally set up to do that. That takes time; and funds; and the last siege by the powers that still has some control over this. The story for the day is; the full throttling of events is under way; that doesn’t mean open spigots and money flowing into hoppers; it means that now many are tempering their understanding with the realization that money can’t just flood the world and show up like leaves by the millions. It means that a sizable sum will be released but it has to be done in increments so it doesn't bring about chaos. The assignment of funds is vague and that also is as it should be. For you to know that many obstacles have been removed is the key to what is being said...P...

HI ALL

THIS WEEK WILL SEE ALL THE RELEASES SOLIDIFIED. IT WILL ALSO SEE A FIRMING OF THE REAL SCHEDULE FOR THE RV AND GCR.

ONE THING ABOUT THE GCR IS THAT IT INVOLVES AND REVOLVES AROUND THE EURO, SOMETHING MANY DO NOT UNDERSTAND. A LONG TIME AGO IN CHINA WHEN I WAS AT FAMILY HEADQUARTERS, I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE EURO AND HOW IT CAME TO BE AND WHAT IT WAS.

IT WAS AN EXPERIMENT.

THIS EXPERIMENT WAS TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS GOING TO BE A POTENTIAL FOR UNITY IN THE WORLD WITH A UNIVERSAL CURRENCY THAT COULD BE THE TRADE MEDIUM BETWEEN COUNTRIES.

UNFORTUNATELY, NATIONAL ISSUES AND DIFFERENCES, GREED, AND MANIPULATIONS TOOK THE JOY OUT OF THE EXPERIMENT, AND THE EURO IS DESTINED FOR THE DUSTBIN. THE CURRENCIES OF THE COUNTRIES WILL COME BACK AS THE MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE AND THE FOREX MARKETS WILL DEAL AS THEY DEALT WITH CURRENCIES BEFORE THE EURO.

IT WAS A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME, BUT I GUESS HUMANITY WAS NOT QUITE READY FOR THIS TYPE OF GLOBAL TRANSITION. OTHER WORLDS HAVE FACED THE SAME SCENARIO I WAS GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND, AND THEY WENT THROUGH SIMILAR GROWING PAINS. SOME SUCCEEDED, SOME DID NOT.

THE GOAL IS TO EVENTUALLY ADOPT THE NO CURRENCY REQUIREMENT OF A STAR TREK SCENARIO. THEY DO NOT HAVE CURRENCY IN THAT SOCIETY. THE IMF DESIGN OF THE SDR IS THE METHOD OF CHOICE RIGHT NOW TO MAINTAIN STABILITY IN A COMPLEX WORLD, RATHER THAN A GLOBAL CURRENCY, WHILE WE GROW INTO THAT ALTERNATIVE.

SO THE GCR WILL ENCOMPASS THE COLLAPSE OF THE EURO. THE CURRENCIES OF THE WORLD WILL BE RE-ADJUSTED FOR VALUE ACCORDING TO THEIR NATION’S VALUATION. THIS IS AGAIN JUST COMMON SENSE.

IN RESPECT OF ALL THE HOOPLA OF THE WELLS FARGO VS HSBC, AND WHO IS THE GO-TO BANK, SUFFICE TO SAY THAT WELLS FARGO WAS GIVEN AMPLE TIME TO STRUCTURE THEMSELVES FOR THESE EVENTS AND PREPARE PROPERLY. THEY ARE BEHIND ON THAT, BUT HSBC DID IT AND ARE FULLY PREPARED. SO IF YOU HEAR OF HSBC BEING ON THE FRONT END OF THINGS, THAT IS WHY. BE CAREFUL OF EMBELLISHMENTS.

THE SIGNATORIES TO THE RV HAVE ALREADY DECIDED THE SCHEDULE, AND THEY HAVE ALREADY MET AND DETERMINED THESE THINGS LAST THURSDAY. WE WILL SEE THE RESULTS OF THEIR DECISIONS SHORTLY.

ALL THE OTHER RUMORS AS TO THE RELEASE OF FUNDS HERE AND THERE, PEOPLE IN RENO GETTING PAID, 800 NUMBERS COMING OUT, AND ALL MANNER OF “INSIDE” INFORMATION I WILL NOT COMMENT ON AS I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE THESE ITEMS. MY FOCUS REMAINS ON THE PROJECT SIDE ONLY, AND TO MAKE SURE THE TRANSFERS TO THAT PART OF THE PLAN IS DONE PROPERLY AND WE CAN GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD.

IF BONDS OR CURRENCY THINGS HAPPEN TO PROVIDE US WITH MORE FUNDS TO DO PROJECTS, THAT WILL BE GOOD, BUT THAT IS NOT MY OR OUR PRIMARY FOCUS.

SO FAR, WE ANTICIPATE THE FINALIZATION OF THE FIRST TRANSFERS FROM THE TRUST AS THE FUNDS ARE READY FOR TRANSMISSION, SO THE PROCESS SHOULD FOLLOW ITS REGULAR TIMING. THIS TIMING COULD BE EXTENDED AS LAST MINUTE COMPLIANCE DETAILS ARISE AND HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WHETHER A PIECE OF PAPER, OR SOME COMMUNICATION. WHATEVER THE FINAL DETAILS ARE OF THIS PROCESS, IT WILL GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS, AND PROVIDE THE FIRST FUNDS FOR THE PROJECTS.

THIS AN INEVITABILITY THAT IS MOST WELCOME AS WE HAVE BEEN AWAITING THIS FOR A VERY LONG TIME, AND TO HAVE IT PEEKING AROUND THE CORNER IS A VERY COOL THING TO HAPPEN. WE CAN FINALLY LOOK TO THE WORK AHEAD OF US, BUT FIRST WE DO CHRISTMAS. THEN WE GET TO WORK IN THE NEW YEAR.

THAT BRINGS ME TO WHAT THE TIMING OF THE RELIEF PROCESS IS GOING TO BE THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. THE ANSWER IS I DO NOT KNOW, YET. I AM TRYING TO MATCH WHAT HAS TO BE DONE TO ENABLE ANY KIND OF RELIEF PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE IN CONCERT WITH WHEN THE FUNDS LAND. IT IS LATE IN COMING, BUT ITS PROCESS RIGHT NOW IS QUITE CLEAR IN ITS MEANING, SO I EXPECT THIS TO TAKE PLACE. MY ONLY WORRY

WE HAVE MOST OF THE MECHANICS IN PLACE TO GET THIS DONE, BUT THE BOTTLENECK IS HAVING THE FUNDS TO PUT THE RETAINER IN PLACE WITH THE TAX ATTORNEYS THAT WILL BE DOING ALL OVERSIGHT OF OUR OPERATIONS. WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL IN OUR STRUCTURE, AND ENSURE WE DO EVERYTHING LEGALLY AND PROPERLY. THERE IS TOO MUCH AT STAKE TO DO ANYTHING LESS. THIS WE CAN NOT DO UNTIL THE FUNDS ARRIVE SOME TIME THIS WEEK, AND ARE USABLE.

SO THE RETAINER WILL BE PAID IMMEDIATELY TO THESE GUYS, AND THEY WILL GET TO WORK PUTTING THE FOUNDATION IN PLACE. THIS MAY BE AS SIMPLE AS GETTING A SHELF COMPANY OR FOUNDATION, IN OTHER WORDS, BUY A VANILLA COMPANY (NUMBERED PROBABLY) FROM A PORTFOLIO OF SUCH PRE-REGISTERED VANILLA COMPANIES, AND DO A NAME CHANGE. THEY WILL ADVISE US THE PROPER WAY.

THEN WE CAN PROCESS THE CRITICAL FILES. THE INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS I ALREADY HAVE THEIR BUDGETS DONE UP, BUT THAT IS A SALARY THING. THE PERSONAL PROVISION (THE PAYPAL DONATIONS) IS A SEPARATE ITEM. THE GRANT AND RELIEF FUND IS SEPARATE AS WELL.

SO THAT’S THE CURRENT SNAPSHOT. THERE IS NOT MUCH MORE TO SAY. THE WORK WAS DONE, AND NOW WE GET READY FOR ANOTHER KIND OF WORK. THIS IS A BIG CHANGE TIME.

OTHER RUMORS REGARDING THE RELEASES OF THE OTHER FUNDS DESTINED FOR THE PAYMENTS OF CURRENCIES AND BONDS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED AND ARE ALSO READY FOR DISTRIBUTION, SEEM TO BE IN ALIGNMENT WITH ALL THE INTERNAL INTELLIGENCE SO THE PROBABILITY APPROACHES ONE THAT THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN. I GUESS THIS COINCIDENCE IS INTERESTING, BUT IT IS COINCIDENCE. PROBABLY NOT ON THE DIVINE LEVEL THOUGH.

OH, AND A PREVIOUS UN-FAN OF ZAP WROTE A BRIEF MESSAGE TO ME, AND MY ANSWER KINDA REFLECTS MY THINKING. WHEN THESE BURDENS GO AWAY, THEN I CAN BREATHE BETTER. IT IS REALLY HARD TO JUGGLE SO MANY SITUATIONS, IT REALLY REALLY IS. REALLY.

If you wish to give a helping hand to Mary, that would be very good. I have done my best with what comes in to look after everybody, and if you can shoulder some of this burden I will be very grateful. Drop a line to Larry in this email, and have a chat with him. He is an old friend that introduced me to Mary a long time ago, and since she was diagnosed and needing a bone marrow transplant, the delays in our funding have severely impacted her health as we did not have the money to pay for the operation. She has been in comas and barely alive, but for whatever reason she has hung on. It is at critical stage now, and she must have the operation or she will die. If not for the donations, shelter, food and the meds would not have been there for her and she would have passed. And yes, Mary Carmen is very real and very sick. Much thanks.
