The Red Dragon Family is a part of the whole “Dragon Clan” (Pink, Rose, Black, Green (Formerly Green Bamboo) and so on. As part of the consolidation of the world’s wealth in the late 1800’s and onwards, these families placed their wealth into Trusts and Foundations, later to be further consolidated under “Foundation Divine” which is the “Umbrella Foundation” of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility. At both these points the Families passed over the control of their wealth to Foundation Managers / Trustees, and although there was some beneficial factors involved the separation of Party / Clan and Wealth was legally final.

This wealth is legally referred to as the “Dragon Funds” not as people assume, the “Dragon Family Funds”.

The fact that the “Red Dragon Family” have appointed an Ambassador to speak on their behalf has no relevance at all. There is another point here and that is …….. Has anyone verified the legality of the position of the Ambassador, or is it just hearsay. There should be an official document executed by the Head of the Red Dragon Family which can legally be verified, which I doubt exists because these “Dragon Families” although powerful in their own right, keep themselves in the background rarely exposing themselves publicly, so the veracity of the Ambassador must be questioned until legally verified.

Even if the “Ambassador” is verified as genuine, neither he nor the “Red Dragon Family” have any rights or control over the assets held under Foundation holding the “Dragon Funds”, nor under Foundation Divine, of the Collateral Accounts.

On a separate note, one has to be ultra-careful with such claims of representation because there is in China a very elaborate “Underground Government” whose ideology is opposite that of the existing Chinese Government, of which it is known that there are a number of former Foundation Managers / Trustees of the “Dragon Funds” that are members of this “Underground Government” and who are attempting to unlawfully gain access to and use the wealth / assets for nefarious purposes.
