I take this vitamin as well every day and especially since I've been detoxing now for 6 years after being poisoned on purpose.
I've only been doing the daily B12 again for the last two years (only time I could afford it)and it has helped a great deal.

I was taking shots before but after the silver tongued person told everyone I was crazy; I refused to even get near the doctors.

So much truth has now come out in this regard that the person is either dogging me or having someone else do it. I keep telling the story so no one else gets hurt as I know it was several women besides myself that were hurt by his shenanigans. Some don't even realize the truth of it as it is hard to fathom and I assure even harder to say when you were married to them; it is shameful and frightening. I will not walk in fear; I will not!

Thank You for this added information as it makes a great deal of sense to why I have such a hard time if I do anything but walk a very clean line. It is hard, I come from a family of Greeks and Italians; with the add on of Sami People/Welch/Scottish for good measure and a freak show of Morgellons.

The allergies caused by the place I now live also make life difficult and why I chose the mountains before.
