It is necessary to understand a little bit of history that surrounds the ITC / OITC and the Collateral Accounts to fully understand the issues here, but first let me say quite definitely and unreservedly that the “Group 5 (Shadow CIA)” are NOT genuinely or legally connected, associated, or related in any form with the ITC / OITC.

Now for the history.

Before, during and after WW II the CIA (Previously the OSS) were involved as the appointed “Protectors” of assets across the world and in some cases they still are.

However, over time, certain rogue elements of the CIA and Governments, both past and at the time, in some cases supported by the USA, decided that they had all the information they needed and that they could make use of that information and apply that knowledge to steal and abuse the Collateral Accounts for their own purpose and for the purpose of the US Government, Military machine, and Pentagon rogue element to finance their “Black Ops” and other illegal or covert activities. I must say at this juncture that the Iran Contra affair comes quickly to mind here, along with a slightly later covert activity connected to the destruction of communism and the “Fall of the Iron Curtain”, that derived from the Mitterand Protocols.

This CIA operation, “Group 5 (Shadow CIA)”, is what we refer to the rogue CIA now operated by Mercenaries such as Blackwater and Vanguard, and they are currently active in a number of countries.

It is not an official arm of the US Government and it is not financed by the US Taxpayers. It is in fact an unofficial self financing arm (Mercenaries made up of former CIA / Intelligence agents, Military personnel, and even former Intelligence Agents and Military personnel from many other countries. The financial resources for this massive operation (estimated to be at least 15 times bigger than the Official CIA) come from the Theft and Abuse of the Collateral Accounts, Drug running, and Money Laundering activities, all of which have been reported / spoken about numerous times on the Main Street media and the Alternative Media.

In the Philippines alone, there are in excess of 3,000 personnel of this “Group 5 (Shadow CIA)” made up mainly of Nationals (Former Military or Intelligence) of the US, Japan, United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Korea (Note the common international allegiance between these countries).

In short they are simply thieves and crooks stealing assets or running drug operations. However, they all have the protection of their own countries in the form of Diplomatic Passports and / or Official Government documentation, so discretely and deviously they are working for their respective Governments, but more so the Terrorists, Insurgents, Activists within the Governments (Elected Officials -------- John McCain comes to mind here) and / or their Bureaucracy (Personnel within the Government and Military administrations ------ Gen. Keith B. Alexander comes to mind here and other former CIA Officials such as G.Bush Snr.)

Foundation X, which is in fact Foundation Divine, one of the Master Trusts that own thousands of other Trusts and Foundations, but more so the Assets and Accounts of same are illegally used by this “Group 5 (Shadow CIA)” which is considered by us as being the main instigator of the theft and fraud against the Collateral Accounts over many decades; which is then used for all sorts of illegal operations including Covert / Black Ops, Colour Revolutions, Manipulating the Markets, Financing of Assassination squads, Undermining of Legitimate Governments, and so on.

All of the above can only be implemented by those persons at the highest of level of Government, its Bureaucracy, and the Military in the relevant countries, all working in unison, cooperation and coordination with their counterparts in other countries.

The Freemasons, along with many others groups such as the Trilateral Commission, The Council of Foreign Relations, The World Bank, The IMF, also believe they have a right to this “God’s Wealth” to do with as they so desire, so you should be able to see the enormous problem and why some people appear to wrongly connect the dots. The ITC / OITC is completely independent of all such organisations, Politics, and Religion, hence its “Sovereign” status and its own legal Jurisdiction to provide for non-interference, non-impediment, etc, by others named herein, within the world.

Now you may ask the question as to why we appear not to be doing anything about it. We are and we will continue to do so until we finally defeat this enormous cancerous octopus and the active and abundant Cancer is in remission and then finally eradicated.
