With the greatest respect to your self and the content of the article above, I must point our that like the majority of people in the world, your naivety and the clouding of such matters by others on the subject matter is plainly evident.

One reason why this all takes a considerable time stems back to the time of the Trilateral Trillenum Tripartite Gold Commission (TTTGC), this is a period of 50 years (1945 - 1995), coupled with the 15 years under the legal heirship, ownership and arbitrary control of Dr. Ray Dam.
During the former of these there was so much deception, corruption, thief, fraud, and manipulation of the entire Collateral Account and Financial System in favour of the TTTGC, it is going to take a great deal of time to sort out the mess created during this period. In addition to that factor, the former parties of the TTTGC, being America, France and the UK (The Allied Nations), are, even to this day, working the same old corrupt, fraudulent practices as if no changes (from 1995 and onwards) have ever taken place and they are still in control. They execute International Treaties and then they blatantly deny and discard same showing a complete arrogance and compliance of International Law and International Treaty Law, but haven’t we all seen and experience that before? Boots on the ground without being invited or a UN Security Council Resolution in Grenada, Iraq and Syria just to name three, all of which was, and is illegal under International Law.

In the time of Dr. Ray Dam (1995 - 2011), Dr. Dam made great attempts to change the system and bring matters under control. The problem he experience was that those around him in Cambodia, were actually working against him, so it made no difference, or very little difference what he did or wanted to do, all his plans were just destroyed by those who surrounded him in Cambodia, some of whom were what we refer to as “Double Edge Swords” effectively seen to be working with Dr Dam for the better good, but actually working for remnants of the former TTTGC, including the CIA and Vanguard.
During this time (1995 - 2011) there was a total lack of understanding of the “Sovereign” and “Own Jurisdiction” factor that the ITC was institutionalised under by International Treaty, recorded and registered by the United Nations (UN Charter Control No: 10-60847).

From May 2012, when a replacement of Dr. Dam was concluded; until the present day December 2015 which is a period of 3 years 7˝ months, the above two factors, “Sovereign Constitution” and “Own Jurisdiction” in addition to a complete revision of operating factors and procedures; the new ITC, along with all persons working with or for the ITC, have achieve an awful amount in such a short time. Admittedly there are only a few people who can actually see that factor at this juncture, but when one understands the enormity of the complexity and the problems involved, 3 years and 7˝ months is as near to a miracle as one can possibly achieve when one takes into account the 65 years in which the deception, problems, theft, fraud, manipulation, where fomented and implemented.
As a comparison, just look at the financial problems of 2007/8 which, despite the Governments of the World clearly stating that have been resolved, still exist because the problems within the financial world of 2015 / 2016 are all part of the same old problem and all out of the very same box; of the 2007 / 2008 era. Such problems will continue to exist until the worlds’ financial system are restructured.

The above, being stated clearly by Governments, indicates that within a period of 8 years the problems that arose in 2007 / 2008 have been attended to and resolved. NOT A CHANCE. The financial problems of the world today are all inter-related to the problems of 2007/2008 which have still not been resolved despite the enormous financial and manpower Governments, and so-called professionals, have available to them.
The effects today are that the people of the World are suffering with such matters as austerity, and ever increasing numbers of people around the world now living in poverty, and are increasing, year on year whereby the figure now stands at approximately 21.5% of the world’s population.
Additionally, there are wars going on in the world that have displaced millions of people and totally ruined several countries.

Certain Governments do not appear to be assisting their populous to create employment or even stabilize their own economic system, but they can find enormous amount of finance for wars and creating civil unrest or even revolutions in other countries.

You may think, “What has the above got to do with the Financial System”, or “This is two different subject matters and not of any relevance to each other”.
SORRY, anyone thinking in this manner is totally BENIGN of INTER-RELATED ANALYSIS or CONSTRUCTIVE THINKING because much of the financing used for these wars, insurgencies, civil unrest, revolutions, created by specific countries, is money stolen from the Collateral Accounts, or assets of the Collateral Accounts being unlawfully utilised to generate the required finance.
Remember the revolution that brought down the”Berlin Wall” and destroyed communism in the old Soviet Union and the former Eastern Bloc, which was all financed illegally through the Federal Reserve Trading (Secret) System ($660 trillion USD approximately) by unlawful use of assets from the Collateral Account, thanks to former Ambassador Leo Wanta. The Assets / Accounts of the Collateral Accounts MUST NEVER be used for WARS, REVOLUTIONS, CIVIL UNREST, INSURGENCIES, manufacturing of MILITARY EQUIPMENT, or similar.

Additionally, a great deal of the large international conglomerate capitalism the whole world is experiencing, and has increasingly experienced in the last 40 years, has been financed, unlawfully of course, with money stolen from the Collateral Accounts, or assets of the Collateral Accounts being unlawfully utilised to generate the required finance.
In fact, the World’s financial and economic systems have been unlawfully and in a totally one-sided manner, subsidised, for the benefit of specific Governments, Presidents, specific large International Conglomerates, and Banks, since the 1980’s; mainly by those countries referred to as the Allied Nations (America, France and the UK) and their Allies, with money stolen from the Collateral Accounts, or assets of the Collateral Accounts being unlawfully utilised to generate the required finance.

Even the 1500 plus banks, plus the main International Institutions such as the IMF and World Bank, around the world who are Custodians of either assets or funds of the Collateral Accounts, without any power or authority over Accounts or Assets of the Collateral Accounts, have been using, abusing, stealing, manipulating, Accounts / Assets from the Collateral Accounts for their own purposes and financial enhancement, using devious schemes such as “Server to Server” transactions to bypass the SWIFT system.

I could go on and on with this subject, and believe me there is an awful lot to expose, but I believe the information above is more than sufficient for anyone to see what an enormous mess this is, along with enormous and beyond belief criminal activities, and all thanks to the countries (Allied Nations) and their allies for creating the problem in the first place, together with all the suffering and enormous mess that have subsequently evolved from same that we have in the world today. Then they state that they have the solution, which after 8 years has proven to be a big joke and has not resolved the problem, or touched the surface of the problem. In fact the problem is worse now than it was in 2007/2008

There have been many who have “come and gone”, who have made claims that they control the Collateral Accounts. Good Riddance to such "Jokers"
There are some newcomers, who unlawfully claim all sorts of things re: ownership of the Collateral Accounts based upon specific agreements which have been revoked, suspended, or rescinded by a “Sovereign” Decree issued by the International Treasury Controller in June 2012 to eliminate large scale Fraudulent activities.
There are many, “CHANCERS”, who have attempted to use Gold Bullion Certificates,or similar, only to end up in prison for a long time.
There are many who have greatly conned the public (Who have lost millions) with schemes such as the “Prosperity Funds” designed around the unlawful use of Collateral Account Assets.

There are those “Professional Misinformation Agents” who refer to the OITC as a fraudulent organisation, courtesy of such web sites as Wikipedia (Discretely owned by the CIA); because they do not have, nor will ever have, access to “Top Secret” information. Yet, despite all of this, we are still here. We are still highly active. We are working very hard (16 - 18 hours per day, 7 days a week). Furthermore, neither the ITC, nor any of its most Senior Officers, have never been arrested, or charged, in 20 years for fraudulent or criminal activities surrounding the Collateral Accounts, or having operated fraudulently, or, being involved with a fraudulent organisation (That should tell you something in itself) and there have been many chances by the authorities to do so, but they haven’t, nor will they ever because we are totally genuine despite all the claims that a few people make.

We are currently attending to several countries who have, without any problems, successfully verified us (You will hear about some of these soon).
We are also working for the whole of Humanity despite all the barriers, obstacles, false claims, and we intend to be known and recognised for what we actually are ........ A “Sovereign” with our own “Jurisdiction”, the Legal Heir, Owner, Sole Arbiter of the Collateral Accounts (otherwise known as the Global Debt Facility), and the only person / party legally able to undertake anything with the funds / assets of the Collateral Accounts, and an International organisation, of “Sovereign” status whose Mandate and aims are to utilise the Accounts / Assets for the benefit of mankind.

Whether people accept the Truth or not at this juncture is irrelevant, as we just get on with the job to clear up the mess. However, sooner or later the people of the world will have to acknowledge our position, status, and power, whereby some will regret ever disputing same, or ever adding to such spurious statements.

I can’t help thinking that people expect far too much, too soon, and only read, some believing everything, what they see. Look at the financial problems in the world today. Now take a serious look at what is really at the back of all those problems (Not easy) and join the dots for the TRUTH to be revealed to you.

Only you can decide for yourself what is the TRUTH and what are the LIES, but remember, the TRUTH will always prevail, whereas LIES have to be continuously told to cover the first “LIE” and will eventually breakdown / collapse into a visible deception for all to see.

You should also remember that 65 years of deception, theft, fraud, manipulation, etc is not going to be corrected overnight, or as we say in the U.K. “Rome was not built in a day”.

Also remember that we at the ITC / OITC have never asked, or requested, for Financial Gifts, Donations, or any other means of Financial Support from the worlds’ populous, whereas many others have and still do. That is an issue which speaks volumes.
