Finally! it’s happened. An attorney feels that the U.S. federal government and Big Pharma must be sued and taken to task legally for their liability in causing false and inaccurate information about vaccines to be disseminated upon which FORCED vaccinations are based, including health damages that have resulted to infants, toddlers, teens (adults, too) from those forced vaccinations.

James Robert Deal, JD, a Washington state attorney, has considered horrendous vaccine damages caused and suffered, the lack of informed consent, and that

No entity under the sun has the right or lawful authority to arrogate [claim/appropriate/misappropriate] power unto itself to harm or injure, sicken or infect, paralyze or kill the people of this nation. Not only is such conduct by the state a serious breach of the social contract, it represents a profound violation of the public trust. Vaccination programs therefore break the inviolable bond between the citizenry and the government. [1]

Attorney Deal’s legal opinion is one that I have held for numerous years. Why has it taken so long for someone to decide to act upon the violations of public trust and the breach of social contract, if citizens of the USA are supposed to live in a free society? Where are our rights of self-determination? Do children belong to their parents, or to the state? Good questions?

The answers to my questions probably can be found in Attorney Deal’s realizing that something has to be done in Washington State regarding the overbearing mandatory vaccine agenda. Deal prepared a report, which can be read here wherein he lists many of the “mea culpas” involved with regard to vaccines, vaccinology ‘science’, fraud and deceit, and apparent collusion between federal agencies and Big Pharma.

In Deal’s report he states:

It is lazy language to say that vaccines are “safe and effective”, because that implies that all vaccines are safe and effective for all people. In fact, some vaccines have done great harm. If you doubt this, read the findings of the Vaccine Court, which has paid out around $3.0 billion to children for adverse reactions which admits were caused by vaccines. Go to www.uscfc.uscourts.gov/opinion-search and search for “measles-mumps-rubella” or “influenza”. And read the package inserts that come with vaccine boxes. You may also read them online at www.immunize.org/packageinserts . [1]

Personally, I feel it’s more than lazy language; it’s criminal since no vaccines have been tested for their abilities to cause cancer, birth defects, or interfere with reproduction or fertility! Furthermore, with all the animal viruses that have been found and acknowledged in vaccines over the years, which I talk about in my bookVaccination Voodoo, who knows what type of diseases are being spawned by vaccines given to children within 24 hours of birth?

Deal goes on to say,

The flu vaccine is big business, particularly the ones containing mercury. Some 300 million doses are sold, while only 20 million doses of all other vaccines are sold. In1986 the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program made vaccine manufacturers immune from most liability, and in 2011 the Supreme Court twisted the plain language of the Vaccine Act to make vaccine manufacturers, hospitals, and physicians completely immune from absolutely ALL liability, reasoning that vaccines in general – using the language of the Court – are “unavoidably unsafe”. [1]

With overly dramatic increases in the rates of autism, ADD, ADHD, childhood diabetes, and other chronic “old-age-type” diseases for children since the ramp up of mandated vaccines, it is incumbent upon society to take federal and state agencies, plus Big Pharma and vaccine makers, to task and exercise the basic human right to self-preservation when faced with threats to our health, well-being and children.

This ought to get readers’ ‘juices’ riled up about vaccines:

Further, one who is vaccinated sheds viruses, and so one can be infected not only by those who contract a wild case of measles but also by those recently vaccinated. Moreover, the MMR is not particularly effective “In an October 2011 outbreak in Canada, over 50% of the 98 individuals had received two doses of measles vaccine”.

The Los Angeles Times and the Everett Herald printed an article entitled “Vaccine ignorance proving deadly and contagious”. It was written not by physicians or scientists but by prominent members of the Council on Foreign Relations. It contains numerous inaccuracies – scientific, historical, and legal. [1] [CJF emphasis added]

Nothing is more impressive AND FACTUAL a statement than what Attorney Deal says here:

A mother is not a vaccine denier if she questions the safety of a vaccine containingmercury, aluminum, MSG, antibiotics, eggs, or formaldehyde. Or Beta HCG hormone. Or the urabi virus . She is not a denier if her child is frail or has already had an adverse vaccine reaction and she chooses to opt her child out. She is not a denier if she questions giving children 49 injections of 14 vaccines by age six, including a vaccine at birth for hepatitis B, a disease usually infecting IV drug users. Nor is she a denier if she declines the CDC recommendation that she take the flu vaccine (containing mercury) when she is pregnant, even though the flu vaccine is not tested for safety for pregnant women and fetuses and the FDA advises it be used “only if clearly needed”.

The last sentence above is paramount as to why vaccines must be declared unsafe! Science, medicine, or government should not mandate injecting into a pregnant female something that has not been proven possibly to harm her fetus! That unconscionable ‘edict’ alone should be brought as criminal charges under the Nuremberg Code [2], as those vaccines are experiments not tested for safety.

Before I end, I’d like to point out this from Attorney Deal’s report:

Some vaccines are ineffective. Discover Magazine reported that 73 percent of kids aged 7 to 10 who caught pertussis in 2012 in Washington had been fully vaccinated. The same is true for themeasles vaccine. A child vaccinated with a live virus vaccine experiences a mild version of the infection and is thus contagious and infects others. Outbreaks of measles and pertussis probably come from the vaccinated, not from the unvaccinated. The artificial immunity conferred by vaccines wears off, and boosters are required, making vaccines a cash machine that generates $30 billion yearly. [1]

I congratulate Attorney Deal for what he’s doing in Washington State and encourage every attorney to take a similar legal position in each of the 50 states, plus file a class action lawsuit against the federal government agencies involved with pushing dangerous vaccines together with their manufacturers and Big Pharma.
