We are in a time of spiritual warfare. One church tried to follow the rules of distancing by setting up speakers and the church members stayed in their cars to listen to the sermon. Government told them to stop.

My sister got the covid shot and several boosters. She then contracted covid twice. A cousin that did not get the shot got covid. I was around both within the time stated that it would be contagious. So I quarantined myself for 10 days. Then my son's friend got covid. I went 2 days in a row to check on him staying about 40 minutes each day. I quarantined myself again. I did not get covid at all.

I do my best to stay healthy and make something that keeps me from getting the flu. I know that it works as companies I worked for had people getting the flu all around me and missing work. I did not get sick. I do not share the recipe because do not want any problems from the government or medical establishment. I take extra doses of it when friends or family have flu and check on them, getting them fluids, taking out bedside trash, etc. Did not get sick. One family member had swine flu. Stayed a week (day and night) with her in her house. I did not get sick. And I do not take flu shots.
