In order for issues of any kind to resolved there must be a basis of fact.

When operating the the political, legal or commercial worlds and the legalized force operations called jurisdictions, facts means only one thing.

The public records memorializing events. Matters not if the facts of record are true, correct or accurate completely or not. These records are the reference point that We as a culture base our understanding of current events or issues upon.

I applaud Hobie for attempting to be of assistance. However a few inconvenient facts, or more to the point lack of facts make resolving any of Anna’s issues impossible.

Principles, facts, law and procedures applied to any problem expose the root issues causing confusions or argument. Once the roots are exposed the choice must be made whether to address them with the intent to resolve confusions and construct a better method to address the tree that grows from the roots.

Conflicts or arguments between people and their positions when based on defective premise, incomplete or misconstructed facts, interpretations of law rather than the written declarations, deceptions, intentional or unintentional, hidden agendas and unknown influences, controlling or not, absolutely forecloses ever finding clarity for any purpose.

I have reviewed Anna’s works, positions, spoken to numerous former close associates and challenged Anna, on RMN publishes, to produce documents to back up her statements and verify her positions.

No response to me or any of the numerous folks I talked with.

Thus the world or worlds Anna inserts herself into, presents to the world, or allegedly controls or attempts to, are illusionary at best.

The beauty of this logic is that when the statements logic, or fact, or law, or procedure are challenged and then verifiable from public records facts, law and procedure are presented to address the challenges, the challengers must put equal evidence on the table.

There are no solutions nor resolution to Anna’s frequent arguments because the only point in contention are Anna’s positions which she continuously over years refuses to provide open discussion and verifiable documentation.

A while ago Hobie graciously published one of my monographs concerning corporations and how to determine if they were legitimate entities or not. At the common law there is a special plea to address corporations. Look up NUL TIEL ENTITY.
Below find a link that will challenge the concepts of quite a few beliefs concerning government corporations.
Every thing stated in the article is verifiable in any good library and some of the points go back 3500 years as accepted practice which are still in operation today.

Do your own work of verifications because in the current confused circumstances it is very likely all of us will be called to account one way or another real soon.
