The first issue here is that the Global Settlements are not going to be implemented in the methodology designed and planned in 1980 by Ferdinand Marcos. The reason behind this is that since 1980, corruption, theft and fraud, by Governments, Banks, and some individuals, all across the World has expanded to such an extent that all known cases of corruption, theft and fraud have led us to utilise a different methodology of distribution whereby those who have been, and are responsible for the corruption, theft and fraud have now been “Blacklisted” from receiving anything at all from the Collateral Accounts until such time as all what is missing from the Collateral Accounts, whether assets or money on account is paid back in full and a unreserved statement of apology issued where it relates to Government or Banks. Where individuals are involved, which includes individuals of Governments and / or Banks, they pay it all back no matter what effect it has on their lives and they are brought to justice to face a lifetime in prison.
There are many countries, Banks, and individuals already “Blacklisted”. The UK, America, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, to name a few. In addition the Banks involved that are now “Blacklisted” consist of the entire top 250 world ranking banks and a few in the category of 250 - 1000 rankings. As for individuals, there are thousands, which involves Government Officials, Bank Officials, CIA operatives, Vanguard operatives, Global Financial Officials (Including Officials of the World Bank, IMF, United Nations, Federal Reserve, US Treasury, BIS, Insurance Companies, and several major International Finance Companies / Brokerages, Accounting Partnerships, and the likes).
It has been an enormous task, which is still on-going; to identify the ones responsible for all the corruption, theft and fraud which has been undertaken by use of very complex systems, including the SWIFT system. The latter was ordered and compelled to question and review all large transactions, and still do, which is why those responsible for Theft and Fraud started to change to Server to Server transactions and other devious methods. However, gradually they are being identified. To give one an example of such methods, Bandar Bush (Prince Bandar) used the Server to Server method to steal 30 billion USD from the accounts with the Code numbers (decommissioned Code Numbers from June 2011) provided by the CIA. This is another reason the Federal Reserve, along with its Senior Officials are “Blacklisted” for allowing Server to Server transactions direct from the Banking Screens.
Unfortunately, the Police / Law Enforcement Authorities in the relevant countries, which at the moment are mainly, but not restricted to, America, UK, Italy, Germany, and Japan have refused to take any action whatsoever, in other words – they don’t want to know, which tells a story in itself; hence why those countries are “Blacklisted” and the names of all Senior Police / Law Enforcement Officials are also “Blacklisted.
On a more positive note, and it is a very positive note, we are currently attending to several other countries, which are far more cooperative and honest with us whereby the Global Settlements are being undertaken on a country by country basis and under strict conditions and control, which is the only way the Global Settlements can be implemented to avoid all the corruption, theft, and fraud of the past, and at present, and ensure that the purpose and objectives of the Global Settlements is maintained for the benefit of the real people of the world.
Earlier this year, an official visit to one country, presumably sanctioned by the President of that country, led us to undercover serious corruption, attempted theft and fraud by specific Government Ministers and their Corporate Friends / Interests. This has resulted in the President acknowledging his name was used without his permission, and the fact that he knew nothing about the content of our visit, or even the visit itself. The story of meeting a President who was totally blank of knowledge or information is in itself a picture of shock and deep concern. Those Ministers and Corporate Friends have now been dealt with and we have since returned to that country for direct talks / discussions with the President, with a Bi-lateral Treaty expected to be executed at any time. The latter being another part of the new methodology to ensure correctness and professionalism in the distribution of the Global Settlement Funds direct and on a country by country basis.
Not one part of this is as simple as people might believe it to be, whereby we have to be very careful and ensure correctness and professionalism. People are under the illusion that money is just going to be given to everyone on this planet. NOT A CHANCE, these funds have to be used in a manner that benefits everyone (other than those “Blacklisted”) which means financing Schools, Hospitals, Roads and other infrastructure, Corporate expansion to create jobs, bringing invalid persons back into society as a whole, including the work society, providing facilities, whether drinking water, sewerage, biological rather than chemical fertilisers, financing inventions to allow for low cost electric for each and every household, and so on. The latter is to rid the world of Power Grids that cause enormous damage to the world with their destructive Electro-magnetic fields. I won’t go on as the above is more than enough to give anyone a very good general idea of what these funds must be used for.
The fact that we are a little behind schedule is nothing anyone should be concerned about. It has taken forty (40) years or more to bring the people of this planet to a point of desperation. It will take us time, and no one should expect anything different if they understand and comprehend the enormity of the problem. Corruption, Theft and Fraud, is rife whereby it is all within the top layers of society (any person from the lower layers are always the “Fall Guys” for these criminals).
Be assured, if your country is not already “Blacklisted” all it takes is for your Head of State or Prime Minister to make contact with us, whereby, provided all is genuine and honest, you will be accommodated as soon as practically possible. In other words, your Government will be working for you not for the betterment of themselves, and you will reap the benefits, as is the purpose and objectives of the Global Settlements. Some countries / people are already benefiting, and so can you if your Government is honest, genuine and working for you.
As for the delays, just a mere blip on the screens, of which such blips are expected by us occasionally. Who wouldn’t expect such occasional delays if they understand and comprehend the enormity of the corruption, theft and fraud, both past and present. One Hundred (100 +) years of financial manipulation which has led to massive corruption, theft and fraud by the top elements of society within the last 40-50 years, is going to show its ugly face occasionally and cause inevitable delays.
