When the People, the creators of all government, all governments powers, the Sovereigns, the Masters, lower themselves into the public servants world by argument with the servants over any thing, We the People abandon our positions which admits those arguing with servants are subject to their servants powers.

The key word is SUBJECT.

In order for any public servants act to have either authority or power over the People, JURISDICTION over both the subject matter and person is required to be of record and produced in verified form upon demand.

Proof of jurisdiction is relatively easy to verify. Simple review of open sourced public record documents settles all arguments between the People and our servants concerning who is subject to what!

NO GOVERNMENT IN ANY CAPACITY WHATSOEVER IS GRANTED JURISDICTION TO RULE OVER THE BILL OF RIGHTS.

The only way for systemites to operate as if they hold jurisdiction over the People is for the People to abandon our positions as the Masters.
The abandonment through argument forces the servant to move into protective mode protecting government process according to statute.

NO AUTHORITY TO LEGISLATE OVER AND CONTROL THE PEOPLE IS TO BE FOUND IN THE LEGISLATIVE SECTIONS OF ANY STATE OR THE NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Are the People identified by Constitution as subjects or objects to be regulated or controlled by legislation controlling the governments we created?

THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS NOT SUBJECT MATTER COGNIZABLE BY ANY ACT OF GOVERNMENT IN ANY CAPACITY WHATSOEVER BECAUSE NO SUCH AUTHORITY WAS GRATED TO THE GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE!

The fundamental and controlling principle and highest law of our country is CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED.

Demanding proof of jurisdiction forces by operation of the servants law the proof of lawful act to be presented immediately. Then and only then could consent be given.

Failure to do so is a Constitutional TORT from which there is no escape because the public records created the PROOF OF FACT that the People could be subject to servants acts authorized by Constitutions.

The People’s choice is to stand up and demand proof of authority or bend over and look at the top of our shoes printed with SUBJECT.

A huge thank you to the judges at the Ninth Federal Circuit Court for the government certified evidence, proof of fact, that TORTS have been committed.

The TORT is failure to identify jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Second Amendment, resulting a CIVIL RIGHTS CRIME affecting all the People.
