So, is that NATURAL C...? If not, how do we measure 12 grams of C in a food-derived C, AND if food-derived, do we still need 12 grams a day?
Example: Nature's Way Alive! Fruit Source Vitamin C comes as 120 capsules with a serving size of 500 mgs. BUT, it says it takes 4 capsules per serving. Obviously they expect 120 caps will last about 30 days - bu it would take 96 caps to get 12 grams of C, so one would need 24 BOTTLES in order to assure 12 grams a day for a month - UNLESS food-based C is adequately effective at much lower dose amount than synthetic C is.
That's why I'd like mroxygen to clarify. :)
