Couldn't resist the firewall thing :)
Well, a firewall around the solar system could be more accurately described as a bow shock wave that forms a progressively fading cylindrical wall around the planets as the sun passes through the near vacuum ahead of itself at very high velocity. The friction of parting the very, very thin atmosphere creates charged particles and the sun sheds charged particles that it creates of itself independently of the friction. The net result is that the differences in electrical potential in this highly turbulent "wash" cylinder surrounding the solar system creates plasma channels, sheets and other configurations through which currents flow at random, changing frequencies, hence the radio hiss (static).
The atmosphere ahead of the sun is almost a vacuum. The atmosphere behind the sun is more of a vacuum. The planets, which travel in the more evacuated atmosphere behind the sun, each have a similar firewall. Think of moving in closely behind an eighteen wheeler on the highway. You can feel the turbulence of the firewall as you pull in behind the truck and then you feel that your "planet" is moving against less wind resistance once behind the truck.
Some things that have firewalls are moving vehicles, bullets, space craft entering the atmosphere, baseballs, you standing in a breeze and more. These firewalls all operate on the same principles but are not as pronounced as the solar firewall.
The solar firewall is not impenetrable. If it were then no electromagnetic emanations, including light, would reach the Earth. We would not see any stars. Scientists wouldn't have any "dark matter" to occupy their imaginations :) Anyway, it is being rediscovered that plasma "highways" connect all planets and stars and galaxies in the known universe.
The "thinness" of the interstellar atmosphere serves as a regulator against the over flow and under flow of electrical current. Too much atmosphere is too much electrical insulation and no plasma conductors can be formed and no electrical currents can flow between potentials. Too much vacuum means too little electrical insulation and too much current would flow without constraint. Basically a degree of short circuit. Perfect vacuum would be a universe melt down until enough "vapor" was generated to provide a thin regulatory atmosphere. It's a self balancing system. Well engineered or coded or created or all of the above. Whatever.
Aether might be described as unpotentialized volume. Imagine that this volume contains everything possible as well as everything impossible. It has no dimension but has potential for dimension in itself. Call it ALL. The volume is, meaning a static nontemporal state, is tense. It simply is. If a design is plotted in this volume and that design is potentialized with relation to the temporal observer then the design will enter a state of ex(not)is-tense, a tense of not is, meaning temporal and co-ex-isting with the observer. Essentially ALL else remains collapsed in relation to the temporal observer(s). This gets into the standard Masonic emblem, alchemy and such as that. A form of high magic. It's not that lead is literally transformed into gold (though it could be)but rather that gold is potentialized (brought into ex(not)is-tense) in relation to and with the temporal observer. Lead can be taken to symbolize the absolute density of ALL with gold being some design of value to the observer. Design can be anything(s). This is a nutshell.
With material reduced to harmonics and individual electrical fields and discrete systems teleportation (timeless travel; what goes in at one end simultaneously comes out at the other end) becomes practical. Again. Interstellar travel and trade are a walk through a door, with ships or without depending on the design and nature of the teleportation. Again. In short, material or bodies moved into a harmonically tuned electromagnetic/electrostatic field are de-solved and simultaneously re-solved at the other end. If the planetary electromagnetic/electrostatic field is strong enough, as it was in the past, this travel could range from across town to intergalactic. Pyre-amids, church spires, house hold antennas and such have been on this planet far longer than present commercial electrical distribution systems.
Plasma being alive might be more easily explained as living designs embodied in plasma just as some are embodied in physical elements and combinations of elements such as earth, water and air. Flameless fire, light, hot fire, shadows, etc. provide other embodiments. Some living designs may be larger than galactic and some smaller than atoms, and some may not be definable in terms of size or shape.
Mind (not physical consciousness) seems to be apart from ALL, aether designs, electrical fields, plasma and whatever else yet pervading these things as a Weaver of fabric from these things.
