Yes CBD and Cannabis are wonderful. I have also just been watching the you tubes on the Vagas nerve and the importance of understanding how to keep the nervous system calm to help end anxiety. Piezo pens look great. Lots of real important information that medical folks never tell you. The few changes I have made already are amazing. I will be making many more changes. I have also found Qunol liquid tumeric/curcumin to be so amazing for inflammation especially in the digestive tract. I was ready to make my own when I found it as health articles I read say that the pill form while good does not always reach the areas needed for internal issues. Pain from adhesions is so much better. I am normally the last one to use animal products, have been vegetarian since 1982 but I find Purple brand Emu oil to be the exception. Great for wounds, sore limbs, neck, leg cramps and it so softens the skin. Wonderful stuff for bags under the eyes and so much more. Hydrogen peroxide and food grade hydrogen peroxide are helping so much with wounds, cleaning ears and a million other uses. Just wanted to share tips that are really helping me.
