This youtube was most enlightening about the Paysuer = the last French Prince (the Dauphin, Louis Charles Capet), who escaped being beheaded by being smuggled out of France by the Scarlet Pimpernel (young UK Aristocrats)and handed over to the Austrian Royal Family, who were his grandparents. (Marie Antoinette, his mother, was Austrian born).

Note: this youtube does not reference the Scarlet Pimpernel, but that book and film are about the rescue of the little French Prince. I just put 2 and 2 together.

Then at age 20 the young French Prince came to North Carolina, with a new name, Daniel Payseur and I guess he came with a lot of money began taking control of the whole United States.
