HOW MANY MORE COUNTRIES WILL SUFFER BEFORE THE WORLD OPENS ITS EYES?

Our Senior Officer who went to the Philippines, returned to base at the end of January with some very disturbing comments within his report submitted to the ITC.
It is not my intent to ever involve myself with Politics, but on this occasion I have to make an exception. The Philippines is a mess and a far cry from what it was back in the 1980's. There are about 10 families that run and control the Philippines, needless to say that they are the elite and wealthy families of the Philippines, most of whom made their money in a highly fraudulent manner after Marcos was deposed. Some were amongst Marcos's trusted group but after Marcos's demise in 1986 they revealed their true colours. Lucio Tan was one of those persons who, despite being a Trustee for Marcos of shares in Philippine National Bank, claimed that the shares were actually owned by him. In addition to the shares he fraudulently claimed, he was then allowed to purchase, in the era of Joseph Estrada as President who was instructed by the World Bank to sell the remaining shares to Lucio Tan, giving Tan full control of Philippine National Bank.
One now needs to ask what the World Bank had to do with the shares of a bank in the Philippines? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
The shares of the Philippine National Bank, that is all of them, were actually owned by the Global Debt Facility for which the World Bank claimed without just or legal cause, that they held the Power and Authority over same.
Let it be known publicly that whatever Power or Authority the World Bank held in conjunction with the Global Debt Facility, during the period 1945 - 1995 and granted to them by the Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission (TTTGC --- America, France and the UK), ended / ceased in January 1995 when the TTTGC were stripped of all Power and Authority over the Global Debt Facility because of their enormous fraudulent activities undertaken during their 50 year term (1945 - 1995).
Estrada was President from 1998 - 2001, that was a minimum of 3 years after the World Bank lost any Power or Authority they held and granted to them previously by the TTTGC. Another case of Fraud, not only against the Global Debt Facility but also against the Filipino people.
That is just one person / family. Another is the Cojuangco family who have almost destroyed the Coconut Farmers by stripping the various Coconut Funds from the various Trusts and Companies of the Coconut Farmers controlled by the Cojuangco family.
Another family is the existing Marcos family. Imelda (Romeldez) who in reality is Patricia R.S. Trinidad, who works in conjunction with the CIA after executing an agreement with the CIA causing her release from Hawaii and subsequent return to the Philippines, leaving her husband Ferdinand to eventually die alone and destitute. Bong Bong Marcos, a complete impostor. The real Bong Bong Marcos died at an early age in 1975 and was substituted by his cousin who now claims the status of Marcos's son Bong Bong.
Imee Marcos who is actually the illegitimate daughter of an illicit affair by Imelda and whose real name is Imee Lacson y Santiago.
Irene Marcos who is actually the illegitimate daughter of an illicit affair by Imelda and whose real name is Irene Cojuangco y Santiago.
The list goes on and on: Mr John Gokongwei, Henry Sy, Jaime Augustin Zobel de Ayala, Eduardo M. Cojuangco, Demetrio Bondoc Garcia, Fidel Valdez Ramos, Ignacio Enrigue Coronado, Judge Alfonso Pijao, to name just a few.
All the above is verifiable within Marcos's Official Last Will and Testament held, registered and recorded within the United Nations.
These are the people, or some of them that have enriched themselves and at the same time seen the Standard of Living for the majority of Filipinos decline to the point of 30% of the population living on or below the Poverty Line, with a further 13.4 % living just above the Poverty Line. Astonishing and deplorable figures. In addition to that figure some 10.2 million Filipinos live or work abroad.

The point is that no one appears to care one iota, excluding President Duterte who is one on his own surrounded by persons, and I will call them Traitors, who have either lived in America, worked in America, or who were educated in America. Those persons all appear to be looking after themselves with self enrichment, and blocking Duterte from undertaking what is necessary to bring the Philippines back to life and growing steadily for an improvement in GDP to benefit all Filipinos.
That will not happen until these traitors are removed from any position of power within the Philippines.
An example of this is the Head (Commissioner) of the Bureau of Customs who has placed a Php 5,000 Pesos personal levy on all containers coming into the Philippines. There are 10,000 containers, on average, arriving in the Philippines every week which amounts to a Levy (Privately imposed) of Php 50,000,000-00 per week, of which the Commissioner takes Php 20,000,000-00 per week, with the remaining Php 30,000,000-00 per week being split several ways to others involved. This is a fraud of enormous magnitude within the Government structure and no one appears to care one iota. If they do care they are fearful of losing their jobs if they say anything, but even worse they are fearful of a bullet to silence them, and that is more of a possibility than snow or ice in the Artic.
Another situation is the Central Bank of the Philippines who have issued a Certificate of Ownership for 7,000 MT of Gold to a person working for the United Nations. The actual Gold is being used as Collateral against Loans to the previous Philippine Governments by various international institutions. That Gold is also owned by the Global Debt Facility and is part of the Gold and other assets held under the Master Custodianship of Ferdinand Marcos and as Successor Heir, the current M1 and Master Holder, being, The International Treasury Controller.
A similar situation exists with the Police and the Court System, so corrupt that real criminals can escape justice by paying substantial sums of money to same. Innocents get convicted just to boost the Police figures and make them look efficient. In fact they are brutal legalised thugs, along with the Judicial system that makes people guilty without real evidence, or countermanding evidence. They, like others were educated in corruption by the Americans who have effectively controlled the Philippines for nearly 100 years despite Philippine Independence in 1946.
The Filipinos have a resilience but it is limited to not slipping further into poverty. There is very little determination to betterment, not just for the family unit but for for all Filipinos. A simple case of accept what you have and get on with your life as best you can.
We agree that those 43.4 % of Filipinos,or 44,376,557.72 people, near, on, or below the poverty line need an enormous amount of assistance to lift them from the terrible and degrading situation they are in. However, when we are asked for "Large sums of Pocket Money" from Officials in Government, we walk away. When Government Officials fail to respond to Official communications, knowing they are going to get nothing extra from us, we walk away, and when we walk away we can assist no one in the Philippines. Our Senior Official came away from the Philippines totally despondent and frustrated, vowing never to return until we can see a Government that cares for its people and wants to change things for the betterment of those 43.4% of the people, and only a bloody revolution might change the present situation.
It is the same in many countries where America controls its Government, or where America has gone into a country and left it in an enormous mess, and there are many such countries around the world for which this applies.
Think about the many local woman of countries who, for whatever reason, have Americans on their soil; who have been raped by American Military personnel, where the military culprits have been quickly ushered out of the country and back to America to escape local justice. Think about all the other infringements such as military personnel along with CIA mercenaries stealing assets of the Global Debt Facility with impunity because Government Officials turn a blind eye in exchange for a hansom reward / bribe, Covert operations, unlawful "Boots on the Ground", control of oil, and many other factors.
Allow me to explain another situation to you which should raise your eyebrows. In late 2015 / early 2016, Sixty (60) Toyota Fortunas' were purchased through the United Nations, an International dealership agency which no one appears to know much about and although part of the UN, is certainly not a visible, registered and transparent part of the UN. What the eye doesn't see the heart doesn't grieve about.
Those Sixty (60) vehicles were delivered to the main Toyota Dealership in Manila. From there they were distributed, Free of Charge, to Provincial Governors, Mayors, Congressmen / women, and even some Barangay (Village) Captains, all for the purpose of bribery to ensure that the receiving persons closed their eyes to what was going to happen within their area without mining licences or any other approvals.
Yes, you may have guessed it, unlawful mining for assets of the Global Debt Facility, which a substantial number of Congressmen and Senators of the Government, are actively involved for their own financial enrichment. For those who have a good memory in respect of Syria and Iraq, I ask you to remember a question that was asked some time ago, re: Syria and ISIS, by some of the readers of RMN and Abundanthope as to where ISIS had acquired so many brand new Toyota Pick-up trucks and who had financed such a purchase, or better still where did ISIS get the money from to purchase all those new Toyota Pickup trucks.
Again, those Pickup trucks were purchased through the United Nations, shipped to America for Armour proofing and then shipped into Israel for further distribution to ISIS across the borders into Syria and Iraq.
It does appear that the UN have a covert operation in conjunction with America, financing and supplying ISIS and others covertly, and guess where the money comes from. Whether you have guessed rightly or wrongly I will willingly give you the answer. The money for all of these covert operations is stolen from the Global Debt Facility accounts by the Americans, the UN and the World Bank.
You may think that I am anti-American, but that is definitely not the case, but I am anti Crooks, Thieves, Conmen, Fraudsters, and Liars.
There are many good people in America but they haven't got a clue as to what their Government, along with the UN, World Bank, and others are doing, or have been doing, which includes lying to everyone and anyone. Those good Americans are too busy working to bring in the money required for their survival and educating their children, so they do not have the time to watch what the Government are doing at any one time. Having said that, they do need to wake up and realise what is happening in front of their eyes. Give up a few "Going to Ball Games", "Watching junk television", etc and open your eyes, you will learn more than you bargained for. Eventually, you might just save America, your country, from the self induced demise it is facing.
As for Politics, Democracy is an ideology with many variations throughout the world. It is a con-game to make the people believe they have the power in their hands, and that there are free and fair elections whereby the people vote for the persons they want in power.
With Electronic Voting, such type of voting is corruptible with such machines being manipulated by deliberate electronic interference. It happens right across the world so that Governments largely favourable to the western ways of life and the western ideologies are the ones who become the elected officials, irrespective of their political colours; who are then paid by their western masters and effectively do as they as instructed. They represent their people in a small way only just to make it appear that they are working for the people, but in reality they are enriching themselves at the expense of the people. That is Democracy of the worse kind.
An example of this is the Australian Government, Bob Hawk, Julia Gillard, Tony Abbot amongst some of them, receiving funds for personal use from deliberate theft of funds from the Global Debt Facility by America, the World Bank, and the Federal Reserve. The purpose, at the time, was so America could gain permission from the Australian Government to establish a new, and substantially large, military base in the Northern Territory of Australia, primarily out of site of any civilisation, which in turn gives easy access, by sea or air, to the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, East Timor for the purpose of Theft of assets of the Global Debt Facility. At the same time Japan and South Korea are not far away and have also enjoyed stealing assets of the Global Debt Facility from the above named countries, upon agreement, and in conjunction with the Americans.
If readers remember the ship, which was an American Military ship but appeared to be a normal merchant ship, got grounded on a Reef west of the Philippines (A UN Marine Environmental Protected site). That ship was over-loaded with Gold with its draft far lower in the ocean than anticipated. Yes, it got grounded on the Reef causing substantial damage to the Reef. The Gold was eventually removed (The ship was not dismantled as written in the press) so that the ship re-floated itself off the reef and continued with its journey to the north of Australia, to the very Military Base in the Northern Territory of Australia as defined above.
The initial dispute / complaint from the Philippines to America, regarding the damage to the Reef within a UN Marine Environmental Protected site, died down very quickly and no more was ever said on the subject, neither from the Philippines, America, the United Nations, or any other organisation. A "Whitewash" of enormous magnitude and once again those responsible get away with it, many receiving money to keep their mouths shut.
Do the majority of Australians know about that new American Military Base in the Northern Territory, but more to the point do they know that it is a base used for serious criminal activities / purposes by the elite thugs of the world, and it's on Australian Sovereign Territory. I very much doubt it. In fact I would say NO THEY DON'T because their own Government have either lied to them, or probably never even informed the Australian people about such a Foreign Country Base on their soil. Is that Democracy? Better still, that is Democracy in its worse form.
No matter what form of Democracy is in place, Politics and Religion are ideologies with many differing variations. In reality, Politics is just a word which divides itself into the various forms of Political Parties, who publicly appear to be fundamentally different, creating an "Us and Them" scenario. However, again in reality, they all originate from the same pot, taking and doing what they can without the people knowing much about it at all.
Whichever variation one looks at in depth, it means control and manipulation of the masses so that the few who do control can enrich themselves.
Yes, they will give you a degree of Freedom and Liberty, coloured by the way they present it, just to keep you all happy and content whilst they continue their unlawful activities of advancing their power and control and at the same time enriching themselves, all to the point of absolute extremism. Unfortunately, very few appear to notice because they are to busy enjoying that little bit of Freedom and Liberty given to them which in reality is acting as a camouflage for everything these crooks are doing.
When you deal with Governments, which we have for 20 + years, you soon realise that you are actually dealing with legalised crooks, evil, devious, lying gangsters of whom many have never done a decent days work in their miserable lives.
They can never answer a simple question in a straight way, and if they want "Pocket Money", which is applicable 95% of the time, they will push you through to what they refer to as their "Advisory Group" headed by a relative, or a "Arse Licking" junior official, all of whom will take a reasonable cut from what you are offering, if you are offering anything at all.
If you are not offering "Pocket Money", the first meeting will last the length of time it takes for dinner, followed by, which is usually initiated by a telephone call; "Please excuse us as we do have another urgent meeting, so we will get back to you". Then they are gone, leaving you to pick up the restaurant bill. You never hear from them again.
That's hospitality, but it is strictly a one way street in favour of the crooks. Even if you agree to some amount of "Pocket Money" it is still a one way street because they then have you very tight in a corner and they control.
Personally, I hate how Politicians have manipulated the world and how it has developed over the last 40 - 50 years. The minority have enhanced themselves financially whilst the people have slipped further down the ladder with many more slipping into poverty. The wealth gap around the world has grown to such an extent that it is now far beyond being reasonable. It is revolting, sickening, immoral, inhuman, and repugnant.
The above stated Political manipulation brings back the memories of Keith Francis Scott, Neil Francis Keenan, Benjamin Fulford and many others, all of them are tools of the crooks, used and controlled to do their dirty work for them. Only a few ever survive because once you have become "Past your sell buy date", your history, or, once you make a "Cock-up of what you are supposed to do", your history. Keenan was in the latter group of operatives, who, according to our intell in Indonesia, left Indonesia some time ago looking a very sick man. He hasn't returned to date and they doubt he ever will because he failed in everything he was ordered to do, and that was to save him from a very long prison sentence. In our intell's words, quote "It is 90 - 95% that Keenan is dead from Cancer when he was too close to a Box of Gold his assistant, who is also dead, opened in Keenan's apartment". So long Sucker. You thought you knew it all, but you didn't know about the Uranium in the box of Gold Bullion Bars, and that is standard procedure so you should have known.
I just wonder how many American Military men have suffered the same fate of Cancer from their thefts of Global Debt Facility assets in the Philippines.
In addition to the above, one has to look at the massive debt that successive Governments have created of which much is used to build up the Government Establishment and which ultimately ends up with "Austerity Measures" against the people whose own little bit of wealth is substantially diminished throwing them to the lower ranks of the middle class and possibly into the lower, or lowest socio-economic groups.
The World has, metaphorically speaking, gone backwards to the earlier centuries of life and debt servitude, to come forward with the minority's crony capitalism, casino manipulated markets, and modern day debt servitude. When that happens and the pain becomes unbearable for the masses, it results in revolutions, wars, and millions being killed without reason.
Then there is "Inflation" which the Governments of the world need to keep up the momentum of building their own empires, and at the same time ensuring that wages / salaries, except theirs' of course, are kept below the rate of inflation, again, gradually and slowly pushing the people down the ladder and increasing the already enormous wealth gap.
It is painful to see it especially when one knows that there is no need for it at all, but when one has psychopaths running the countries of the world we can expect nothing more than what we currently have, except the aforesaid revolutions, wars, and mass death.
The Philippines is just one of those countries, so rotten to the core that I doubt it will ever change unless there is revolution of one description or another. A far cry from the era of Ferdinand Marcos who attempted to purge the country of Traitors and American Collaborators.
"Rent a Crowd" is used by the elite in the Philippines to continue demonstrations against Ferdinand Marcos and his policies, even though he died in 1989; and as they say, quote "He was no War Hero". Maybe not, but that unqualified statement will be questioned for many years to come. He was however the most powerful man in the world and the West had to get rid of him because of that, but that doesn't matter to "Rent a Crowd" because they don't know the truth and don't want to know the truth. They are paid to demonstrate and they will continue to demonstrate while they are being paid by the elite. Just like the Governors, Mayors and some Barangay Captains are paid in the form of brand new Toyota Fortuners, so that they turn a "Blind Eye" to what is really happening in the continuing theft of Global Debt Facility assets deposited in the Philippines. What the elite of the Philippines haven't told them is that they, like the Government, are legally and financially responsible and liable for any assets missing from the deposited stocks in the Philippines which must be replaced by the country on a like for like basis ------ Gold for Gold, Nickel Babbitt for Nickel Babbitt, and precious Gems for Precious Gems, etc. The Philippines hold legal obligations under "International Law" and "International Treaty Law", just like 197 other countries, but the Philippines just ignore that factor because the Lawmakers in the Philippines are paid by their foreign masters to deny everything and "Turn a Blind Eye".
Slowly the people are beginning to wake up to these facts, but, unfortunately there are not enough people of the world waking up fast enough.
Fortunately, I am in the latter years of my life but when I look at the youth of today I always ask myself, "what chance have they got". With qualities of Health Services, Education, and opportunities depreciating faster than any time in history, they don't have much chance at all. God help them all. Wake them up from their hypnotic state and show them the way to the truth.
