Wondering what law was passed by congress that forces anyone to hire an illegal immigrant? Especially in law enforcement! If I am wrong someone please correct me, but where in the Constitution does it state that the DOJ can make it's own laws to be forced on the states and counties?
The Federal Government's own Immigration Laws state that anyone found harboring, aiding and sheltering illegals will be fined and possibly face prison sentence. Where did those federal laws disappear to, or when were they voided by congress and changed? And why isn't anyone challenging this egregious violation?
