Donald Trump has not failed to gore many of the most sacred oxen of the establishment, of that there is little doubt. With each attack on him by opponents he not only escapes unscathed, he increases his support among almost every classification of voter.

There remains one area that so far at least he has not openly attacked. An area that is possibly the most dear to true Americans.

Simply put, it is the ‘color of “law” ‘ that un-elected bureaucracies employ to harass people of every political persuasion.

If the truth be realized, these bureaucrats are vastly more corrupt than the politicians that enabled them.

Politicians can be deposed, and often are, however government bureaus have a lifetime approaching infinity. One cannot depose a bureaucrat by conventional voting, and even if that were possible, the graft and corruption of the their foot soldiers would not be stopped.

For the past generation or so, en-elected persons have run amuck over every part of American society from free speech advocates to farmers and ranchers to those who would collect rainwater.

I venture to say that very few could argue against a new rule which forced every bureaucratic decision to be metered against the Constitution and particularly its first ten Amendments. Except perhaps ’Democrats’….
