Dear Sir or Madam!

Attached to this writing are different documents and a copy of an affidavit which I sent as a registered mail to the circuit court 3370 Ybbs/Donau (the primary crime scene) on the 7th of November 2014.

On the 20th December 2013 I was deprived of my liberty by a court order from the judge of the previous mentioned circuit court acting under the colour of law in order to produce a psychological expertise without any medical evaluation at all stating explicitly that neither I nor one of my family is allowed to make any official submission enabling them to hide the sheer amount of corruption and their already committed crimes.

I have reserved all my rights from the beginning and signed the rejected summons with my non-negotiable autograph, a bleeding right thumbprint, as proof that I’m not dead and not under their water or maritime jurisdiction.

After I rejected the first summon as a fraud representation I got a second one on the 16th of June for the 18th which I also successfully rejected in spite of the narrow time limit and the day between as a holiday, Corpus Christi, an additional hurdle.

It was an unbelievable day with an unannounced and unwelcome visit from an unknown person who introduced himself as Dr. Gimpl, the appointed trustee from the kangaroo court. His initial arrogance didn’t take long and he was unsettled enough not even to pretend to be on my side. I began asking him about the corrupt judge and the fabrication of lies used to authorize him as a trustee. He said: “Du kommst uns nicht aus, du zahlst!” (You don’t escape us, you pay!) And as the laptop was running on the table next to us, I said: “let’s have a look at the fake expertise and I will show you some lies!” This was enough that he panicky left the room with the words: “Da ziehe ich mich zurück! Da ziehe ich mich zurück!” (I backtrack!) I followed him and stated that as a human being it would be a moral obligation and more than ever his duty as a lawyer to refuse being part of this criminal activity and playing a role in this kind of procedure and that in my view he is nothing more than an accomplice and parasite without any moral obligation.

On the 07th of November 2014 I sent an affidavit by registered mail to the circuit court Ybbs stating the deprivation of liberty and definite non participation of a psychological check on which this fake expertise is based on. I requested to undo the attachment of my pension and to restore my good reputation within a ten days time limit but they didn’t answer therefore all accusations made in the affidavit stand now as undeniable facts in commerce.

As the criminals went on in dishonour and ignorance of the facts stealing my pension month after month I wrote a cease and desist letter to the ministry of justice but got no reply.

What followed was a pure act of criminality and brute force. They kidnapped me on the 16th of September 2015 and took me to the circuit court where I should partake in a trial without a summons and acknowledge Dr. Gimpl as my lawyer but what they hoped for was without success.

This whole system is a joke, a manifestation of evil, criminality, stupidity and ignorance. If we as humanity want to survive we have to get rid of this piracy system as soon as possible.
