Listening again to the 'Melvin Lee testimony' first he states 'about 200 yards away' and then 'a roadblock about a mile up the road'.

The incident occurred on a long curve. There is no possible way for anyone, either 200 yards away, or much less a 'mile up the road' to see anything that occurred. The curve of the road simply would not allow a detailed delineation of a field of view from either direction.

'Melvin Lee' is clearly lying when he states that "Finicum charged the FBI".
