The title itself says it all. She is referring to Wolfgang Struck and his efforts. However, it appears Ms. Hudes does not realize the World Bank and IMF Board of Governors have no control over the assets in the Global Debt Facility. This has been explained time and time again by David Crayford. The following is the response by Wolfgang Struck, which he has sent me.

Did I get that right, Karen Hudes?
Did you really mean that? You must be kidding me. You know very well that all gold of the Global Debt Facility is CLOAKED FOR SECRECY, for the benefit of the BIS and FED, not to be known by the people. How can it be the people's assets, if the people do not even know of it or its existence? But thank you anyway for putting me on level with the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the IMF.
Now, look who is really trying to steal the Global Debt Facility, the back-up of the almighty dollar: You and the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the IMF. You make yourself the "authenticator". Lately you said the Board of Governors has to authenticate any of my moves (we call that transactions, even tentative or doomed from the beginning) on a case-to-case basis.
You don't trust me that I can handle that. I don't blame you for that, but I have a document, shown to you at several occasions, I guess, with exactly the wording of Paragraph 6 that you keep pounding on for an all too obvious reason. You want control, you and the Governors of the World Bank and the IMF. You have declared to me, not once but several times, that I cannot do anything without your approval. I let you have it but game over, no longer.
Just look at the lower part of the attached Pdf 63-2-28 A, page 1 of 3. There you can read loud and clear that your institutions have identified the Code of Sole Owner long time ago. That's all. No word of control or authentication. I do have many legal documents to show, though, on highest international level, that coded name TVM-LSM-666 is fully and solely in control for the assets of the world which I have always called the Wealth of the Nations. Tell me who else will or can claim to represent coded owner/sole signatory TVM-LSM-666. So, can I please?
Well, yes, they have done away with the sole owner, for all I know, we could, diplomatically, call it the biological solution,. Then there was nobody home in 2005 at maturity, no money no honey. 10 years have gone but now you know fully well that I fill the shoes of the sole owner with all owner codes. I have shown you for almost 3 years of our sometimes heated communication that I am not the enemy. I have shared all my information with you. Maybe all your information on this subject comes from me. Never mind that, but remember, I have never said anything against the cabal. Others have. Why would I? I do not have an alternative for the financial system of the FED dollar which has gone unopposed, albeit heavily criticized, for more than 100 years.
It is no surprise to you when I say that I am privileged to know how strong the dollar really is, as I am privy to and uncontested in holding the reins over the back-up in form of those "precious commodities" in form of gold, platinum, and diamonds, hidden in tunnels deep down in the Philippines with CCTV outlets (installed as a novelty, many years ago, by President Ferdinand Marcos!) in the offices of the Chairman of the Board of Governors, FED, WB, and IMF. For them, it is enough that they know, they can see, and nobody can come even near. The safest warehouse in the world, indeed, guarded by the United States of America. The rest of the world is not supposed to know.
In a related issue, I may have said, mind you, that I would like to be invited to a diner with the head of the Rothschild family. I am not bad at French red wines, I know the difference between a fine Burgundy and a fine Bordeaux but an invitation like that would be special, indeed. I would even polish up my French a little for that and I know how to eat a ChateauBriand.
Well, that may be on the horizon anyhow. I will have to sit in for either King Anthony Santiago Martin or TVM-LSM-666 as Co-Chairman of the Committee of the 300 next to Her Majesty, the Queen of England, one of these days. Why don't you work on that? I regard myself as the acting Chairman of the Banco Espanol Filipino, the secretly existing Gold Bullion Bank that has the legitimate claims over the Global Debt Facility.
You can stop picking on me, give it up. I will always have the right answer for you. You were the one, you made that statement last year that nobody has complained about: "Wolfgang Struck is the sole signatory or the Global Debt Facility". So please respect that and behave accordingly. We will have a lot to do.
