Just for everybody's notice, the Collateral Accounts in Barclay's Bank London have nothing to do with the Global Debt Facility. The Barclay's accounts are Marcos cash accounts (twice $64B with 4% interest since 1969). One account is for the return of the Philippine Victory Notes (PVN). The other is the war damages paid by the Japanese government at the time. Most people are not aware of that.

The UNOITC was formed (by whom exactly?) in 1995 at the time when the claim of the Jewish banks in London for the ORIGINAL CLAIMANTS OF WWII LOOT had ended empty-handed after 50 years. They had claimed 946,000MT of gold missing in action and the International Court of Justice (which they had initiated) had ruled that all gold found from buried treasure in the Philippines was owned by the Jewish banks eh ORIGINAL CLAIMANTS OF WWII LOOT. Marcos found it and put it in order for them. They did not bother to look for the gold any more. Marcos was their guarantor.

It makes sense to believe that the Jewish banks of London who also own everything worth owning in America just wanted to have a new claim on the Global Debt Facility. They (Rothschild Family) are owning Barclay's Bank anyhow. They just cannot touch the Marcos accounts (in trust) but they can play with it and get caught with interest manipulation. Wow! How bad!
