I think the recent east coast storm was supposed to be another hurricane Sandy, perhaps the forces of good steered it away just in time. I lived in Charleston for 20 years and that area drains quick although it got hit hard. That was worse flooding than all the hurricanes delivered in the 1990's - Floyd, Jean, Charlie, Isaac, Gaston. After experiencing them and watching the paths especially before and after Katrina I am sure they can be steered. The hurricane before Katrina did a full loop in the Atlantic which is impossible. Katrina paused and then turned north toward New Orleans. It was the last hurricane for many years. Completely unnatural.

As far as refugee settlements it seems the most patriot states are being hit by any means to destroy their sentiment; Texas, California, Montana and now SC. Those states will not back down to outside intervention.
