Greetings dear RMN readers! I have not posted any guidance for a long time now - but I was motivated to write this early this morning (Europe time) and felt it was intended for RMN.

At this time what is most important is to maintain our personal inner stability. Many issues in the outer world are coming to a head, and for many people the combined effect – be it of personal challenges through to geopolitical pressures and all in between – can be somewhat overwhelming. Be assured that the outer dramas will not cease any time soon! Do what you can to achieve and maintain the stance of observer, and do not be drawn in, even to the most extreme scenarios that may happen – the dramas, many of which are manufactured, are intended to destabilize, and to create fear. The effectiveness of this latter tactic has been greatly diminished in recent time, so that only really extreme events can now facilitate ‘control by fear’ on a large scale. The old controllers, the ‘powers-that-were’, still strive to create further extreme events – but against growing dissent, even amongst their own ranks.

In terms of the individuals’ personal journey, the current phase is all about integrating incoming energies, and the information carried with them. This information is primarily being absorbed at cellular and even atomic level in our bodies, and as a result, we humans are undergoing a systemic restructuring. It takes considerable energy to maintain the stability we speak of when both the outer world and the inner physical body are changing so swiftly. And, of course, the inner spiritual is not immune to the situation either, for, in essence, the physical is releasing many long-held blockages to the spiritual.

People react to this situation in different ways, and at very different speeds. Those who have the psychological make-up and soul experience to simply ‘go with the flow’ will move most rapidly, and with least disruption. The opposite also holds true. The result is that humanity is stretched over a large range of frequency, and the accompanying levels of consciousness - or lack of.

At the current time, those who are privileged to ‘lead’ the move up frequency can best serve by ensuring their own journey upward through frequency is not diverted – for, as they move upwards, they start to create resonance in harmony with others in the same higher (and quite narrow) frequency band. This resonance then builds regardless of where the individuals are located, and as it does so it assists many others who are working through lower frequencies by starting to further entrain them in the general upward movement. So, the resonance of the ‘lead’ groups speeds the journey for the whole. The ‘lead’ groups are also at many different frequencies, albeit generally in the highest frequency range available to us currently. Thus, each such lead group will benefit those on a different lower part of the frequency scale.

There will come a time when this role, that of being focused primarily on consistently holding and emanating higher frequency, will change, and those who have embraced the higher frequencies will be motivated to turn outwards once more, and return to helping facilitate others in their upward movement. In this context there are many streams of movement within the journey to higher frequency and consciousness; many belief systems that help facilitate this including the higher aspects of the religions; and many initiatives to be taken that will inspire others to persevere and indeed, to celebrate what is evolving.

This is nothing less than an evolutionary jump – yet it will mostly not happen in one great leap, but in many separate lines of movement in each culture and nation. Just as every wagon train once had its own story that may have varied greatly from others, so each group may experience a very different path from the next. But the final effect will be huge, a level of change for humanity that will be, is already being, profound. And so, it is happening now, in our lifetime.
