Some helpful information.
I am one of those people that cannot drink any milk that is normally sold in grocery stores. 4% milk is a far stretch from real milk and lacks the basic bacteria to digest it.
It causes me and my siblings health issues that make drinking it impossible.
Here are the issues:
1. it is taken to such a high heat pasteurizing it causes it to lose all of it vital nutrients which are replaced with artificial vitamin D. The bacteria in milk is what allows you to digest it.
2 High homogenizing milk makes the particles so small they pass directly through the intestinal instead of the slower normal process.
3. Without the natural (good) bacteria of raw milk your stomach cannot properly absorb the sucrose (sugars) of milk. You end up with a stomach cramps, bloated stomach or a well worn path to the bathroom due to unstable bowels. With the proper bacteria of raw milk none of these issue happen.
What is interesting for everyone is that REAL milk straight from the cow does not make anyone in my family ill, no side effects. Not only can we digest it, it actually has a great taste as does real cream.
We don't need milk to survive, but it certainly makes some foods better with it. From Chocolate milk to pie crusts it adds YUM!
The lies abound about the dangers of RAW milk and they are indeed lies, support massive milk production centers. If you buy your milk from a good dairy farmer they take care of their cows and separate any cows showing signs of poor health from the production until they are better. They don't use antibiotics, but natural methods of healing. They don't use GMO feeds and take pride in the animals they select to add to the herd or the new born calf they raise.
Taking care of their customers YOU is just as important to the good dairy farmer, you are their source of revenue. Any customer issues rapidly spread across the customer base.
Raw milk does not have the unnatural shelf life of ultra pasteurized 2% milk, which is really nothing but expensive colored water.
You need some fat in your diet for proper function of joints muscles and organs. Fat is not the monster it has been made out to be and is actually good for you. Like any thing else too much of a good thing can be bad.
Real milk does have natural vitamins, minerals and GOOD bacteria your body cam tale advantage of and uses for your benefit.
Look at the yogurt you buy, 95% of it is not real yogurt and includes thickeners and other non-essential toxins.
Real yogurt does not need any of that and is invaluable in replacing good gut bacteria that protects us from illness and helps process the foods we eat. Yogurt, REAL yogurt is made from cows milk!
With real yogurt you can keep reconstituting it for years just add a tablespoon of your REAL yogurt to a quart of REAL milk and leave it set out it a cool spot in the house for 3 days with a paper towel or cloth over the jar opening. Like magic the bacteria added to the milk to make the original yogurt grows and thickens the milk.
At a cool room temperature the bacteria to grow the yogurt feed on the milk's sucrose. Placing the finished product back in the refrigerator stops the bacteria growth. Every two to three weeks you make a new batch of yogurt in a CLEAN jar rinsed under HOT water to kill any latent bacteria that you don't want in your yogurt process.
Buying REAL yogurt may seem expensive, but unlike its fake cousins on the store shelf it can be reconstituted over and over for years.
I have many friends that had issues with the cheap industrial milk so often sold in stores. Once they switched to REAL milk the never had problems again. They could make creams and ice creams with no side effects.
We now can purchase minimally pasteurized (low temperatures) and homogenized Real milk in our local grocery store and it sells out fast. It is so rich it forms a cream plug on the top!

Usually you cannot buy a whole/real milk far from its source due to the low shelf life of a week to 2 weeks. You will need to find an Amish community or other dairy farmers in your area. Large dairy producers and the government don't want to share their profit line, regardless of your health issues.
Raw/real milk being dangerous was a marketing ploy to get the customer base away from raw cows milk. There is no danger from milk produced by health cows sold by diary farmers that respect their animals and customers. There is a lack of nutrition and health issues from the massive production of milk and the intense homogenization and high temperature pasteurization they use.
You don't need Almond or Soy milk when you can safely use Raw cows milk instead.
The first step is to stop believing the hundred year old lie about raw milk being dangerous. It was marketing meant to destroy the competition and validate the flaws in their mass production where the dairy farmers do not always show good husbandry for their animals and concern for the customer.
They sell quantities of milk regardless of the cow's health! Such large collections of milk have to be pasteurized at high temperatures to kill off likely toxic bacteria in the massive collection. One gallon of milk from a sick cow could spoil an entire vat of milk containing hundreds of gallons.
Once you taste good raw milk you will notice an amazing taste difference. Once you connect with a dairy farmer that sells to the public you will see honest and concern for your health. If you get to visit their dairy you will see the care they give to their animals and the clean methods they use in gathering the milk. They will get to know you by name and may learn about your family. You become part of their expanding family and friends.
Sometimes lies persist for so long they become facts we cling to, because that is all we know. The big companies have worked hard to shape our image of the landscape and keep the truth hidden at all cost to protect their lies and profits. That you get sick or are not at your best is not their concern.
If you get sick or have health issues... it is not their product.. you can go to the highly controlled medical treatment centers where you can get prescriptions for corrupt and often toxic pharmaceuticals (that don't work) or unnecessary medical treatments.
There is a lot we need to unlearn, it starts by questioning why big companies sell what they do. Every product they sell is often derived from someone's kitchen, but modified to make it cheaper to make, taste (artificially better), store beyond reason through toxic preservatives, be unnaturally smoother or crisper. It is all about keeping you hooked on what they are selling.
You can make these things at home from good, natural sources of ingredients. 85% of what is sold in grocery stores is toxic. 85%, EIGHTY-FIVE PERCENT of what you are buying and taking home to your family is toxic in some way! And you wonder why you are getting fatter and are not healthy, why your kids catch every disease out there.
Yes it is more work to make foods from scratch, but they taste a whole lot better and are not toxic. You have choices to make and a lot of changes if you are going to fight back for you and your family. STOP letting them kill you and your health.
