Dear Isabelle, thank you for a very good question because this is an important factor that many have overlooked.

The Dragon Family is made up of many factions of the Dragon Clans. The Red Dragon is just one part of the Dragon Family. Green Dragon, Blue Dragon, Pink Dragon, etc, etc, etc. It is similar to the Scottish Clans of the McGregor’s, Stewarts, McDonalds, etc, etc, etc, who are Scottish but have their own Clans within Scotland. Call it Tribal Clans if you wish as that would be a good way of describing it.

The Wealth of these Chinese Clans was combined / consolidated into one when transferred to the Collateral Accounts and are known as the “Dragon Funds” not the “Red Dragon Funds”, or the funds of any other specific Chinese Clan. These Funds are under Custodianship of others, not any other Dragon Clan, or any member thereof.

The Red Dragon Family actually have no control or authority over the Dragon Funds, although like many others around the world would like to claim such control. Control is via the International Treasury Controller as the Legal Heir, Owner, and Sole Arbiter.

The Red Dragon Family is no different to virtually every other family in the world. There are always those within the family that are renegades (Black Sheep of the Family) who resent what their fore- fathers did with the Family Wealth and really want to claim it all back, not realising that consolidation and combination of such wealth was undertaken by International Treaties. To do same would require every signatory of such Treaties to agree and to be clear on this point, that would never happen.

The Red Dragon Family probably believe that the wealth secreted away in China is the wealth of the Chinese Dragon Families, but that is not so.

The Ambassador claims to be acting on behalf of the Red Dragon Family, but notice how the names of the other Chinese Clans have never been mentioned, so the Red Dragon Family stands on its own in this matter and is probably the renegade part and maybe even the part that over years have been removed as the Elders of the family for whatever reason. I will admit however that the Ambassador does emit some truth in what he states but there is also a lot of mistruths and misrepresentation in what he says.

When this was all structured back in 1920 with the London Treaty, it purposely designed it so that the wealth of any one country (Let’s say China) was not held in that country. It was relocated to another country (Let’s say the Philippines) and at the same time wealth from a third country (Let’s say the UK) was relocated into the initial country (China). This was to prevent any country attempting to reclaim their wealth which was safely deposited in a country that they had no knowledge of.

At the same time any documents relating to any physical wealth were separated from the physical wealth and deposited in yet another country thousands of miles away from where the physical wealth was deposited. This actually prevented possible fraud or attempts to reclaim wealth. Quite a good and simple system which worked, and still works today except in cases were knowledge of all of this is held and used illegally by persons / parties at the highest possible level of the world’s Banking, Government and Intelligence society, as it is that level who hold some knowledge, but limited, of all of this.

I hope the above assists you to understand the very basics of a very large system which contains very large amounts of money that everyone wants to get their hands on. The only way the latter can be achieved is by theft and fraud because they cannot achieve it legally unless it is authorised by the ITC and that will never happen with cheats, crooks, liars and thieves, no matter who they are.
