I am passing this commentary along to you in the event Zap wants to comment on any part of it. There are some relevant issues here that came to mind upon reading Zap's midweek update. These are things I believe that others should be aware of.

This is an excellent update. It addresses so many issues with a degree of satisfaction. As you read this you will have a much better handle on the issues at hand.
Zap specifically addresses that there was an abrupt change from a fast-track roll out to the preferred rollout. This changed in just the last week or so.
As many of us have seen, from all the bank stories that were published in Dinarland, the whole system was poised for this to go down and then it was altered and postponed, yet again. The jerking around affected the whole banking community, once again.
All we know for certain is that the project releases are scheduled for June, beginning as early as Monday, June 1st. It was always a given that the RV had to happen first so that the project disbursements would reflect the new currency values and meet project budgets.
RIGHT. THAT IS WHY I SAY WITHIN 2 WEEKS WE WILL BEGIN THE PROJECT SIDE – THIS WILL GIVE US ENOUGH LEAD TIME TO ACCEPT FUNDS, FINISH OFF THE BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE TO HANDLE THE WORKLOAD TO COME, AND GET THE FIRST PROJECTS (OTHER THAN THE CRITICAL ONES OUT OF THE GATE) SET FOR FUNDINGS.
Apparently, that is no longer the case and the administrators of the projects will no doubt be allowed to compensate for any differences after the fact. As long as the RV happens soon after the formal project funding begins, this should not be too big of an issue.
However, if too much times passes, this could turn into a logistical nightmare for the project administrators. Each project must be reassessed, based upon timelines and budgets and prior subcontractual commitments, all to be adjusted, according to the new currency values.
With several thousand projects under management, the whole program of projects comes to a complete standstill until the required changes are made. The logistical nightmare of breaches in subcontacts already signed, delays in payments and resulting penalties stipulated within subcontacts... the list goes on and on. Any sane person could easily cry out, "Have you lost your mind?"
TRUE. HOWEVER, THE SOURCE OF THE PROJECT FUNDINGS IS NOT DEPENDENT ON THE BOND REDEMPTIONS OR THE RV. THE SPECIAL TRUSTS AND FOUNDATIONS THAT SUPPORT WHAT WE DO ARE SUFFICIENT TO BEGIN AND SUSTAIN THE PROJECT SIDE WHILE THE OTHER STUFF IS DONE THAT WILL AUGMENT THE PROJECT FUNDINGS IN A LARGE WAY.
Doing things ass backwards has its price and unfortunately those responsible will not be paying that price because they are the authority. Same old same old. Which is why I won't be doing projects at this stage. I am 65 and I don't need the grief.
Because all project funding will be electronically tagged and monitored continuously, any foul play of funds will quickly become evident. For that reason they are allowing for the general release of project and historic bond funding beginning in June, prior to the general RV.
YES AGREE.
However, tracking the movement of money against such things as PP releases and currency exchanges, is another matter, until there is more cleanup of the corruption. That being said, it is now becoming quite clear that the cleanup will continue for years after the RV.
IN MANY WAYS YES AS THE CABAL’S FINANCIAL TENDRILS THAT INFILTRATE EVERY SECTOR OF OUR ECONOMIES ARE TRACED AND DISPOSED OF. IT IS A BIG JOB, BUT THE HEAD(S) OF THE SNAKE(S) IS/ARE GONE, SO THIS WILL BE A MATTER OF JUST SNIFFING OUT THESE TENDRILS AND SNIPPING THEM.
It is my opinion that over time it will take on a life of its own. The ramifications of that are still to be determined. Everyone who was ever a part of corporate America will likely be scrutinized, since the whole system was corrupted. This is evident by all of Zap's remarks regarding judges, attorneys, and sheriffs. Not a nice thought for those who diligently served their masters. Maybe someone will make a movie, "The Day Of The Wannabe."
TOO CUTE. SCI-FI OR DOCUMENTARY?
With that in mind, I would highly recommend that one carefully consider the implications of gifting others, including organizations. If you inadvertently gift someone or something that had any kind of tie to the cabal network, will this bring the motivation of your gifting into question? By gifting the wrong person or organization, will you be seen as complicit? At the least, one could be seen as irresponsible with their funding, or at the worst, as being a co-conspirator.
YES AGREE AGAIN. THE FLOW OF MONEY WILL BE TRACKED WITH GREAT SCRUTINY.
Ideally, the Chinese Family needs to set up a clearing house where names of individuals and organizations can be vetted beforehand so that any gifting agent is not seen in a poor light and their funding brought into question and possibly confiscated.

Because the whole western system has become so corrupted, all who are a part of it can easily be brought into question. Pre-screening seems to be the only preventative medicine. We will all be subject to the massive witch hunt that must ensue in order to route out the evil in our midst. I was even told not to take a management position in Wal-Mart, and thus I remained in their associate labor pool for four years for minimum wage. Wow...
OH BOY. NOW THAT IS GOING TO THE EXTREME I GUESS, BUT PRE-SCREENING IS SOMETHING I AM WELL COGNIZANT OF, AND IN OUR ORGANIZATIONS, THIS SECURITY ASPECT IS INTEGRATED IN.
As J indicated, everyone listed in the bond redemptions will be vetted and anyone listed that has a criminal record will pollute the whole file. The Family is taking this very seriously as they refuse to fight this war over again. That means making sure no-one, cabal or otherwise, that is not reliable will get any funds.
YES. WE CAN NOT AFFORD TO HAVE ANOTHER CABAL BORN FROM THE ASHES.
Based upon the above, I suspect that all people exchanging currencies will have their funds locked from access until a thorough background check is done. The folks listed on the PP's were already vetted several years ago. However, they may get checked again with the most recent data on file.
For that reason, DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB UNTIL AFTER YOUR FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
