The World is told that Leo Wanta was tasked by Ronald Reagan to bring down Russia via Currency manipulation.

Leo Wanta actually began Operations with seed money from Deng Xiaoping who led China from 1978-1992. Deng directed him to form a 2-man partnership with the son of a Warlord (Wanta's words)

The story goes, Deng provided $150 Billion (Wanta in the C2C interview slips the tongue and says $150 million) in hard cash, which magically turned into $32 Trillion dollars by 2020.

The duo began entering into contracts with other nations which held Rubles and traded them for part of the seed money, which they then took to Russia to exchange for Foreign Currency which Russia held (currency swaps). The resulting cash was deposited in banks all over the world.

I have several problems with this theory.

1) Russia did not want to drain its Foreign Currrency Reserves out of the Country as the Empiire neared an end.

2) The total value of all Russian goods produced in one year alone, 1972 was just $500 Billion dollars. Only a portion of that would be held by foreign interests.

3) I know of no international rule that forced Russia to undertake currency swaps if they didn't want to.

4) Why didn't the Countries holding Rubles make their own deals directly with Russia, instead of going through the Middleman Wanta?

It makes more sense that China-Russia were positioning themselves to instantly become major players in Western Economic Markets by Counterfeiting vast amounts of money into willing banks which could be used for joint development projects and give both countries a leg up on competition.

The Wanta Money was seized, but with the US and banks failing audits, it could have been secretly used throughout the world for Chinese-Russian Econonomic aims, to be replaced later with more counterfeit by the US, if they decide to bring in the op domestically.

One wonders if Al Gore and other Wanta champions are Chinese agents.

Time Traveler

This story has weirdness.

Wanta was allowed to become a 'Chinese' double agent through a Civil War Era doctrine that Reagan invoked.

Wanta is called not Leo, but Lee throughout the 2 hour C2C interview.

Wanta makes his US headquarters in Richmond Virginia.
