Re: Tax Levies...I totally agree that both the IRS & BATF are illegal organizations. However, try, just try to get out of a tax levy like I tried. If you are employed at a Corporation who follows the IRS rules you haven't got a chance to stop it. They will garnish your pay & they will force you to open a line of communication like I had to end the tax levy & begin a monthly payment plan.

And if anyone tells you to go to court for remedy you batter have a lot of time & money because you're going to have to make a career out of it.

I know you won't post this because it goes against what Anna is saying however, I can tell you from experience that what Anna is saying maybe true, but any remedy thus far has eluded us. They do not follow the constitution they act as if they are above the law.

Just my take on the whole thing.
