Audio: David Sale of OITC interviewed by Rayelan in 2011 [reposts of recent David Crayford messages to follow]
I am reposting here the previously posted 2011 interviews which Rayelan did with David Sale of OITC.
In hour 3 of the April 12 interview below, Sale says he has determined that Neil Keenan is CIA on the Eastern Europe desk (Neil Keenan lives in Bulgaria, according to Sale). In that hour Sale also goes into detail about the Italian affair of the Fed Bonds and the Japanese who were carrying them, and especially what happened to the bonds afterwards involving Keenan, Keith F. Scott, Daniel Dal Bosco, and Ray C. Dam (apologies if I misspelled any of those names). Ironically, Sale also says some sort of court action was filed against Keenan in the U.S. for "up front fee fraud" in connection with this matter.
