I think there is some simple confusion here. The article regarding the "Mc Veigh Death Video Virus" stated that the virus was placed on a site from Concentric Network:

Brad Chapman, a Brigham Young University computer science student, said that by visiting a Web site at Internet provider Concentric Networks, his computer downloaded the program, known as SubSeven.

The video also alleged to be a bootleg copy of the ACTUAL execution of Mc Veigh.
Could this be a ploy to keep people from viewing an actual video that was bootlegged of the "execution"? SURE IT COULD....
But I don't believe the virus news story has anything to do with APFN. I don't think APFN is claiming to have a copy of the actual execution.
