The "Patsy Syndrome" , Organised Crime and the CIA/US Military Intelligence
"Patsy":- the first name for a woman or man of Irish ancestry ; or, a name to describe someone who is a fall-guy, someone to take the blame for a crime of which he or she is completely innocent !
Who do we think of when we hear the word "Patsy"?
Lee Harvey Oswald , possibly the most famous "Patsy" in the twentieth century!
Most of us will have have read about the allegations that Lee Harvey Oswald was set up by the CIA and the US Mafia/organised crime to take the blame/fall for the asssassination of J.F.Kennedy! The early stories of a Soviet plot with KGB involvement were initially accepted by the public! Oswald had lived in Russia and returned to the USA with his Russian bride!
No-one at that time in the sixties suspected that members of the CIA or the Government of the USA could possibly be engaged in such underhand and foul activities such as the murder of their own first minister! We all believed the propaganda which our "Free" western governments told us through their propaganda mass media outlets!
Since that fateful day in Dallas in 1963 when J.F.K was assassinated , many people have felt that there has been a change in the USA for the worst , as if a dark veil had descended across the land and engulfed the US in an evil embrace! From that time onwards all sorts of diabolical crimes began to spontaneously take place across the US and then as if in a copycat manner, internationally!
The Charles Manson murders with their Satanic content were possibly the herald for much worse to follow! The phenomena of multiple no motive killings was, I believe ,incorrectly penned as "serial killings"! The FBI has proclaimed that there are many thousands of serial killers murdering across the USA! They "never" consider the possibilty that these "serial killers" might be organised and part of a larger conspiracy, involving organised crime ! The FBI want us to believe that the "serial killer" type murders are isolated and unconnected! The FBI backed up their Irish Police pals in the case of the Irish missing women and declared that one or more serial killers were at large in Leinster and Munster! They again deliberately ignore and wish us to believe that there is no organised crime type of group abducting women and men in Ireland!
The FBI and Irish Police responses to the missing persons problem seems to be identical , as if the Irish Police were being advised and prompted what to say by the FBI!
No citizen wants to consider that their Government and police force could actually be directly involved with organised crime but these possibilities seem to be more and more probable as each day goes by!
To set someone up as a "Patsy" for a crime/murder of a prominent person would take an awful lot of organisation and planning! In the case of the JFK assassination it would have had to have the involvement of many people in various state organisations. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the CIA , the Texas State Police Dept,Dallas Police Dept, the press (or most of it) and the essential ingredient , the fall-guy/patsy , Lee Harvey Oswald! There is only one problem with well laid plans , they tend to unravel under close scrutiny! If Lee Harvey Oswald was given the chance in a court of law to prove that he was indeed a "patsy" , their nasty little plot could have come apart and exposed those who were really the conspirators! This was likely why he was eliminated from the equation once he had served his purpose!
There is also a strong belief that many of the witnesses to the assassination of JFK were themselves "eliminated" in one way or another in the years following his killing! This has been widely covered in documentaries on JFK's assassination!
Examine the conspirators plot! They choose their"patsy" and nuture him ,all the while leaving a trail of evidence which leads back to the likely conspirators ,the Soviets and the KGB! They provide a weapon which is owned by the "patsy" and which is found conveniently at the scene of the crime. They arrest Mr "patsy" but they have no intention of letting Mr "patsy" come to court to face the charges. What do they do? They eliminate Mr "patsy"! Lee Harvey Oswald's only defence was his never to be forgotten words which he uttered in front of the cameras," I am a "Patsy"!
The plan was:-
"set up the "Patsy",
kill the victim ,
eliminate the "Patsy"!
Simple!
There can be doubts that this is atypical of the Mafia or an organised crime operation!
We can ask ourselves now, how many times has this basic plan been used in other crimes in the USA and elsewhere?
I have not the slightest doubt that the "Patsy Syndrome" method has been used time and time again in many murders in Ireland since the time of JFK's assassination!
Right now, at this particular time in Ireland, May 2001, there is another person whose circumstances could possibly make him a candidate for the "The Patsy Syndrome"!
This possible or probable "Patsy" , is Lawrence Murphy! Lawrence Murphy abducted a woman from a car park in the Irish midland town of Carlow in Feb 2000 and raped her.
The Irish Police (Garda) want to question Murphy , now that he has been sentenced for the crimes of rape and abduction, about a group of six missing women who went missing between 1995 and 1998.
The Garda would like people to believe that Murphy could be the amazing "serial killer" they have been ranting about since they called in the FBI in 1998 to help them solve the cases of six missing women in Leinster!
I have to repeat my long standing query; "why did the Garda chose these particular six women out of all the other missing women in Leinster?" They have never satisfactorally answered this question!
Kate Madigan is missing from Kilkenny city ,and Eva Brennan is also missing from Dublin. There are many more women and men missing in Ireland, so why were only these six cases chosen?
Murphy locked the woman in the boot of his small car, a Fiat Punto ( a serial killer's first choice of getaway car, HaHa ), and then drove 14 miles to an isolated area in Co Wicklow, a few miles from his own home where he raped her! We are told that he then put a bag over her head at which time the woman feared that she was going to be murdered! However according to the victim , Murphy saw the lights of a car approaching which made him panic, he left the woman tied up and he drove off! Two men out shooting came upon the scene and "incredibly" they just happened to know Murphy!
One would think that a rapist or murderer would have had the sense to take the victim to an area miles away from his own home town of Baltinglass , County Wicklow! In fact the crime scene where the woman was found was only a few miles from Baltinglass, the home of Murphy and the two shooters who just happened to know him! Coincidence?
Murphy must be the most stupid and incompetent serial killer of all time! According to the amazing Irish police, the six missing women in Leinster "disappeared off the face of the earth" without leaving any clues!
Murphy left so many clues that a blind man could follow!
Do serial killers go so unprepared as Lawrence Murphy who abducted the woman in his own tiny car , the Fiat Punto.
There does not seem to be any doubt that Murphy was guilty of rape and abduction , but is he the infamous "serial killer" the Garda have been ranting on about? There is no proof yet, that a single serial killer is responsible for the disappearances of the "six missing women in Leinster"! There is also no proof "yet" that an organised criminal group is responsible!
The Garda however, keep plugging their version in the media, virtually convincing the public with their own propaganda!
Hard drugs ,and especially heroin ,were introduced onto the streets of Dublin in the mid 1970s and we can assume that US organised criminals were responsible. These Mafia type criminals brought with them their "expertise ", well tried and proven methods for abductions and murders.
(1) The "Patsy Syndrome" ; finding innocent stooges to take the blame for crimes they did not commit!
(2) "How to make suitable victims disappear off the face of the earth!" This tactic has been used in the USA by organised crime . They have perfected the art of abduction over many years and they know what conditions are necessary to make someone disappear without trace! These type of tactics have been put into practice in Ireland in recent years with the abduction of many women and men!
I have no doubt that US organised criminals have been responsible for the introduction of hard drugs into Ireland! From that time Ireland changed from being a reasonably safe and content country into a troubled and extremely dangerous one. The JFK assassination heralded a change for the worse in the American psyche , the advent of organised crime and hard drugs into Dublin had exactly the same effect in Ireland! Both countries were on the same slippery slope into torment and much bloodshed.
I recall in the 1990s Jim Mitchell , Dublin Fina Gael TD , asking why the Garda (Irish Police) were walking past the heroin dealers on the street corners without arresting them for dealing in drugs!
Tony Gregory , Independent Dublin TD has been the so-called peoples champion in the fight against hard drugs in Dublin. He has been highly critical of the top Garda in the past for their approach to the hard drug problem but has been keeping a low profile in recent times.
These two simple examples will surely paint a picture of the unhappy relationship which exists between Garda Commissioner Byrne, his top Garda acolytes and the ordinary Irish citizen!
Current Issues , unresolved in Ireland are:-
The top Irish Garda's response to the drugs problem,
their incompetence and inability to find 99% of the Irish missing people ,coupled with their feeble and unbelieveable explanations,
The case of the shooting of John Carthy by the Irish Police Special Operations unit,
The "patsy" style fit-up of Dean Lyons for the GrangeGorman murders,
The abrogation of their lawful duties to aid and help the un-empowered ,ordinary Irish citizen,
These are but a few of the problems which have not been satisfactorally dealt with by the Irish Police! It paints a picture of a country with it's capital city over-run with drugs (heroin), where no motive killings and murders happen on a regular basis , where people can go missing and are never found , where the incompetent Police have a miserable rate in finding the missing or bringing the true criminals to court , as opposed to the "patsies"!
This is Ireland at the beginning of the twenty first century;
We are living in the dark ages ,brought about by US sponsored organised crime ! It sent it's mercenaries to the Green Isle to bring it's poisons to kill our children , to abduct our young women and our men and to corrupt and turn Irish men and women into unfeeling , uncaring , devil-possed killers!
When the drugs first appeared in Ireland in the 70s, the US/CIA/spawned charismatic "Born Again (Satanist) Christian" cult also appeared! The same types of Charismatic Born Again Christians who were connected to the infamous Bank of Credit.Commerce.International and the the Contras .
Oliver "Born Again catholic " North , various US Born Again Christian groups, Friends of the Americas, Rev Phil Derstein, Oral Roberts and Pat Robertsons CBN, are all tainted by their association with the CIA backed Contras death squads, disappearances, drug trafficking and torture in Central America!
The Born Again Charismatic Christians and International Organised Crime both have the same master; the CIA and the US Military Intelligence !
