Rayelan called a few minutes ago and asked me to post some information.

She said that her new computer destroyed two moniters and two modems. The company finally decided that something was wrong with the computer and told her to send it to a repair center.

Instead, she returned it to the store where she bought it.

She said it will take a few days to set it up and see if the new one works.

Meanwhile, she had three old computers, all of which were in working condition and were used to post things on the internet and get her email.

At the same time the new computer started giving trouble, ALL her other computers also stopped working. One appears to have a serious virus. She hasn't had time to even figure out what is wrong with it.

The other two computers cannot access the internet or the web. She has checked everything out and has spent hours on the phone with both her internet service provider and the maker of the computers.

She was told by her internet service provider that it might be her telephone lines. She said she called the phone company and they told her that all they are obligated to do is keep the phone lines working for voice communications. She was told to call their DSL department and install DSL.

She also said that at the same time all of this was going on that her fax stopped working. She said she received a phone message that one of the UK Agents was trying to send a fax.

Even though the fax is turned on, has paper, rings and appears to connect, it does NOT receive faxes.

Yesterday, while she was trying to make some phone calls to figure things out, her telephone went out. She said she had to use her cell phone to call me.

She also said that her email is not being delivered. She used a computer at work to check for email at the online account her server provides, and she said there was NO NEW mail yesterday. Since she receives over 100 a day at her private email address, she knew something was going on.

She also said that when she WAS receiving emails, an angry reader sent one back that he said came from her... When she read what she wrote and compared it to her email the reader had sent, she saw that severel "nots" were taken out. This completely changed the meaning of her email and made it appear she was promoting something she was not.

She also said her stove no longer works and if she touches it, she gets a shock. And on top of everything else, the toilet won't fill with water.

She said to tell you that she can only do so much each day due to her work schedule and appointments she has to take her mother to for rehabilitation from the stroke.

During this period, she said she was diagnosed with another mycoplasma and is currently being treated for it.

She said to tell you that she will try to find someone to work with her over her telephone and keep the front page updated until her problems with the computers are resolved.

She wanted all of you to know that she is fine, she has just been "sidelined" with so many problems that she has to prioritize her time and tackle the problems one at a time, starting with the ones that impact on life and health.
