...then again, maybe not... If you happened to view the 12-hour Unisys Loop that corresponded with Rayelan's picture, you would see that 'HAARP' was pumping fast and furious. Of course, it wasn't being pumped out of the Alaska HAARP facility but from the equator near Sumatra (where all the earthquakes seem to happen) and Africa, both sites 'back-engineered' to the ocean, however. Probably from two of the three new Nuclear Class Subs that are supposed to be capable of 2,000 foot depths.
I kept a copy of Unisys Pic but have no way to post it. Sure looks like they were using the Storm to cover their actions. Of course, this is pure conjecture. I am but a novice with a lot of opinions and good folks who send me information.
