A small but brave group of people in Arkansas have drafted a Declaration of Sovereignty, Independance, and Allegiance to be discussed in a December Convention seeking radification by the people at large within the State of Arkansas. See the following web site to review the Declaration:

The Declaration has been forwarded to several members of Congress as well as the House Judiciary Committee. Additionally, several key advocacy groups have picked it up and have distributed it throughout the US with wide acceptance due in part to the public focus on the election process and the growing distrust of our "Elected" officials and government at large.

The sponsors of the Declaration stress that they are not seeking any form of confrontation with the established "De Facto" government agencies, but rather to pursue an agenda that seeks to unify as many people as possible in a peaceful effort to establish a "De Jour" government.
