My unanswered questions through all these discussions are: (1) with regard to bioweapons - can the formulas for emulsions of soybean oil/detergents/tributylphosphate be released by the DOD as for research as broad spectrum disinfectants. i can speculate that all nations of the world could use a broad spectrum disinfectant which is nonspecific and epigenetic ie does not activate resistance mechanisms. i can see secrecy regarding a weapon but i see no reason for secrecy with regard to a disinfectant that can be researched for applicability by cultures all over the world; (2) fear is another form of mind control - on a cultural level fear is mind control - those who propagate problems without multidimensional peacebuilding solutions are, in my opinion, out of balance i.e globalization, as a replacement of the Cold War, remains defined only by collapsing economies - it needs to be defined in terms of multidimensional peacebuilding - there needs to be solutions for everyone and (3) let's assume, as does Alfred Webre's "Exopolitics", that the Universe is teeming with intelligent life; that there is no way that governments can keep this secret; that humanity can overcome the dogmas that plague our own cognitive potentials; that we can abstract and perform a renaissance - a meld of science and spirituality which is dimensional and holistic in perspective.
