No I do not consider "global warming" or the supression there of to be weather control/modification. I never bought the story to begin with and still do not. Since the early 70's Russia and the US military complex have been using EM devices to alter, change, modify, and heat upper layers of the atmosphere. Example: HAARP is a ionospheric heater. The EISCAT system the main facility in Norway that makes the HAARP facility look like a tennis court is also a ionospheric heater. There are EISCAT facilities located in strategic points throughout the world and they too are ionospheric heaters. The technology does in fact exist for scientists and the NWO crowd alike to essentially control the weather at a geometric scale to achieve numerous results.
