I would like to place this into "the mix" and see if anyone has additional info on this project.

The military super computer (BEAST-Battle Engagement Arena Simulation and Tracking) are to be used along with a tracking chip called Multiple Automated Readout Computer Chip (MARCC).

This has been done under the code name: Project Tessera. Tessera is Latin for-a tag that is worn by a slave to mark ownership. The tag is also used to maintain the master's accounts at the market place while the slave conducts business on behalf of his master.

It has been reported that G.I.'s are now currently tagged/implanted with the MARCC chip. The current plans are to expand this tagging/implanting to the general population (the greater arena of slaves). This would effectively strip away all that remains of human freedoms.

Anyone with personal knowledge or factual evidence regarding the above mentioned project, is requested to kindly step forward - elaborate and enlighten us.
